Aiden's P.O.V.

''Blake, you have to help me. Our anniversary is on Saturday and I want to make it perfect. What do you suggest?'' Blake and I were sitting on the couch at his living room, playing games and talking for the past two hours.

''If someone told me you'd get like this because of a girl, I wouldn't have believed it. But I guess it's nice. And about your anniversary, I don't know. I mean, dinner and flowers, that's what girls like, right? I've never had a serious relationship, so I'm no help when it comes to this.'' He admitted, taking sip of his Coke.

Well, he was right. We were both clueless, but I'll show her how much she means to me. Still at this moment I have to focus and avoid being killed by Blake's soldier. I really didn't want to listen to his bragging later, he was the most annoying winner you'd ever meet.

Ashley's P.O.V.

I woke up due to some ticklish feeling on my face. I didn't want to get up, not yet, but that sensation continued, followed by barking. WHAT? I quickly opened my eyes, letting all the sleepiness go instantly when I noticed a white, furry ball on my bed, looking at me with huge, adorable brown eyes. I couldn't believe what I was seeing, it all felt surreal.

Puppy barked happily, settling on my lap, licking my palm. I smiled at how cosy and blunt it was, not afraid of me at all. Suddenly Aiden appeared on my bedroom doors, grinning from ear to ear. I just knew he was involved in this somehow.

"Happy anniversary, Ash. I hope you like the first piece of your present!" He chirped, kissing my forehead and then lips. Puppy in my hands lit up at hearing Aiden's voice, leaving me to snuggle at his side. Little traitor.

"Aiden, this is fantastic. I couldn't ask for more, but I don't know how my mom will react, she's not exactly keen on pets.'' I admitted sadly, devouring little furry ball with my eyes. Aiden just smiled reassuringly, tickling the puppy.

"Ash, don't you dare about that, you hear me? I have all that sorted out, so just enjoy this gift. I want you ready at seven tonight, I have something planned for you. Sounds good?" I don't know what I did to deserve such a charming, thoughtful boyfriend but I won't complain. Aiden's really everything I hoped to find in a boy.

I realized that I zoned out while he was waiting for my reply. I nodded, kissing him briefly, but he wasn't satisfied. He wrapped arms around my waist, pulling me impossibly closer to him, trailing little butterfly kisses all over my face and neck.

"I promise today will be perfect.'' He said seriously, his eyes turning a few shade darker.

"I believe you, you know. But now we have to find some cute name for this puppy. Have any suggestions?" Few days ago I found pretty cool present for Aiden and I couldn't wait for him to see it. Guess he'll have to wait till tonight.

He seemed lost in thoughts, searching for names. Eventhough I wanted a puppy for so long, I've never had a name for it.

"It's such a tough decision, you know, with all those names out there. Imagine how it's going to be with our babies." He blurted out surprisingly. We were both sprawled on my bed, with puppy between our bodies.

I looked at him like he was some crazy person and he just shrugged. ''Well, it's true. That's important decision." He played it cool, like he didn't only seconds ago say something huge.

"Aiden, you want... kids... with me?'' I asked slowly, trying to avoid panick and excitiment from coloring my tone. All of this was so... unexpected. One moment we were talking about pet names and now we were discussing our future. Crazy, right?

''Isn't that what all girls want?''

He was trying to change the subject. And I wasn't letting him. "I don't know all girls. And we were talking about us. Do YOU want to get married one day? Sorry, I just didn't see you like that... you know, wife, kids, the dog." I admitted, waiting his reaction to my words.

He stayed silent for some time, looking a bit hurt. But that's impossible, right? Aiden is so... tough.

''Of course I want that, Ashley. You're the most perfect person for me in this world. Being with you feels so right, you know? I've never had that with anyone before. I want everything with you, you really make me whole. Before meeting you I thought there was some part of me that was missing. And now I've found it. It's you Ash. We already have a dog, so it shouldn't be that hard to gain everything else. Obviously I don't want kids right now, but sometime in future... why not?"

I laid next to him speechless. It was the most beautiful thing someone's ever said to me. So touching. And in that moment everything fell into the right place, like some big puzzle was finally resolved. I tourned my body in order to look him in the eyes, took a deep breathe and said the words that were clouding my mind for a while now.

"I love you, Aiden Davis." A tear escaped my eye, wetting his blue T-shirt, when puppy barked loudly, demanding attention. "And what do you think we call it Snowflake, I think it's pretty appropriate?"
