When Tes woke up on Friday something in the pit of the stomach bothered her like hell and an upsetting feeling was all over her body. In the middle of the day her phone started to blow up like crazy. And all of that thanks to the goddammit article that talked about her and Daniel.

While Daniel was in Russia performing on the free practice, Tes was looking at the article over and over again. Her reaction surprised even herself, she wasn't mad or anything like that. They said that they saw them together and that's it, no kissing photo or anything compromising, she had to admitted that the one where they were walking in the rain hand in hand and the one where they were talking in the airport were very cute. Nothing else, nothing more.
After a long day for Daniel and he was in his hotel room facetiming with Tes. He was telling her about his messy day and letting all his frustration out, Tes listened to every word he said and comforted him in the best way she knew that was making him laugh. She didn't know if he had seen the article or not but seeing him like that she didn't want to put anything else on his plate so she didn't mention it. But all that was running in her mind was that article. Yes, she wasn't mad about it. But what if Daniel was mad about it? What if he didn't want the world to know he knew her? They weren't even dating, God no, they were just hanging out when he was in town and talking almost every day. Those treacherous thoughts made her lose the thread of the conversation and now he was asking her what's on her mind and she had two options: lie or tell the truth.
