“I hope the songs I will be singing will be like candy in your ears. Thank you.” Rona ends her speech. Knowing that she should be starting her song now, she panicked as she thought she didn't have an accompanist. The MC stands again to host the event further. “That is indeed a great speech. Now we will be hearing our lovely Miss Rona sing. Welcome Tornami A Vagheggiar by Bae Rona-nim and her accompanist Mr. Joo Seokhoon !” Rona was indeed surprised.

How am I supposed to perform when I don't even know this guy? Are we able to harmonize together? F*ck I'm doomed.

Rona collects herself and Seokhoon starts pressing the keys.

Seokhoon finishes his touch swiftly and gently while Rona finishes her songs very freshly. The crowd gave them both a really big applause. Rona invites Seokhoon to her stand, who was looking rather relieved they didn't mess up. Both then gave a finishing bow.

“You looked really great, you know that?” Seokhoon teased the lady in whispers, in hopes the girl smiles to him. “I know that fact very well, but thank you.” Rona gave him a little smile and walked away out from the stage. Seokhoon couldn't help it but to smile at the girl that he has been waiting to get know to.

“You sung very well Rona!” Jenny exclaimed when she reached the after party. Rona smiles, blushing at the compliment her friends are giving. “Now you have met the man, Joo Seokhoon the boring lad.” Seokkyung said. “I've met him. This afternoon, I bumped into him.” “Wow, finally the two people that is always gone have met. Now what will happen to them both yeah?” Minhyuk teased. “Don't tease them, Minhyuk-ah. Let them get comfortable with each other, then we tease.” Jenny said then chuckles.

“Just about time the hero was supposed to come. Why did you come so late!?” Seokkyung nags at her older brother. Seokhoon walks to the crowd, smiling. “Mianhae~ Don't get so worked up. I had to greet the shareholders, work matters.” “I believe you have met each other. Oppa, this is Rona. Rona, Joo Seokhoon.” The two people shakes hand. “Annyeong, Seokhoon-ah. I believe I am your age so I hope you don't really care if I talk informally with you.” Rona says, sternly. “Yes, I think so too.” The man agrees.

The Hera kids looks at them, not believing what they were watching. “Why are you guys so....mean?” Jenny emphasizes. The two glared at each other, not able to answer. “Well I mean, Seokhoon is unfamiliar. Maybe that's why...” Rona said, looking at the man. “Agreed. Anyhow, where's Seolah? She told me she will be coming with Hyein for this event.” Seokhoon asked. “Ah, they are with Mom. Here they come.” They see the adults, Suryeon, Logan, Yoonhee, Yoonchul and the two other girls coming their way.

Suryeon smiles and said, “I see both Seokhoon and Rona have met.” The two smiles shyly. “I hope you guys are friendly with each other because you'll be seeing each other very often.” Logan continued. “We'll try, ajusshi.” Rona said. “It has been a while since Yoonhee and I been best of friends. I hope you two really get along. It has been my dream to actually see the both of you bonding together. You guys looked awesome during the performance, my dream worked up and I was hoping that you guys would actually date each other for a moment.” Suryeon chuckles. Rona and Seokhoon looked at each other, helpless of the statement they heard from the lady.

At that very moment, Seokhoon felt a spark for the lady that was looking at him as well.

“I should be taking off now. My jetlag is coming on me, I'm sorry I can't stay for long.” Rona apologizes. “It's okay Rona-ah. Good luck on your performance tomorrow.” Logan cheered her up. Rona was about to leave the table when Suryeon spoke up, “How about Seokhoon accompany you to your car. It's quite dark now and I'm sure you will need accompany.” Seokhoon chokes on his water, hearing upon his mother's order. The table looks at him, worried.

“Oh yeah, sure.” He blushes. He stands up and gets to Rona's side. They walk away from the hall together. While waiting for the lift, Rona asks, “So, what do you do for a living currently?” Seokhoon looks at her, smiling. “I am a pianist, currently going around the world for performances. I think I had been invited to your concert once, I saw the proposal. I know I had rejected you because your concert was on the day I had to return to South Korea for Hyein's birthday.” Rona nods.

“Acceptable reason. But why haven't I heard of you though? If you are going around the world, I am sure you are known worldwide.” “Well I am not sure myself, Rona-ssi, but I am sure you are more a bigger deal than myself.” The lift dings and the door opens. “After you.” Seokhoon politely invites Rona into the lift.

They reached to Rona's car and the both looked at each other once again for the night. “It's nice meeting you, Bae Rona-ssi. Hope to see you again.” Seokhoon clears up the awkwardness. “Definitely, I will see you around. Thank you for accompanying me.” Rona smiles and gets into her car and Seokhoon helps close her door. Smiling, Seokhoon knocks on her windows.

Can I have your number, Rona-ssi?

“Sure, hand me your phone.” Rona then calmly types in her number on the man's phone. “There, hope to get in contact soon, Seokhoon-ssi.” Rona smiles once again before her car departs away.

Seokhoon smiles sheepishly, hoping to see the girl again. He knows that he's into her as this is his first genuine crush, he knows he's falling for her. He looks at the number on his phone and taps 'Save' after typing '로나씨 <3 ' and adds to his contact list.

I hope she will feel like me too after all this.
