Gemma's eyes widened in shock and surprise. "Pregnant? Are you sure?"

Angel sniffled. "Possibly. I'm tired, hungry and my cycle is two weeks late."

Gemma nodded thoughtfully. "Okay, let me go get a pregnancy test so we can be sure. Or would you rather go to St Thomas?"

"Let's just go to St Thomas. That way, if I am, we can get an ultrasound to see how far along I am. I'd rather not takes so many steps."

"All right, babe. Do you want Jax and Ope to come?"

"That's what happened already, Gem. A lot of times." She joked.

Gemma laughed and smacked Angels arm gently. "Okay, smartass. Do you want them to ride with us?"

Angel smiled and nodded. "Yeah, Hap too. He would kill us all if he didn't get an invite."

"Maybe the rest of us, but not his twin and his possible niece or nephew."

"True. Let's get this over with." Angel replied. Gemma helped her up and together, they walked into the main room where the Sons were waiting.

All eyes snapped up to where the two women approached. Happy, Jax and Opie stood up and surrounded them.

"What's going on, sis?" Hap asked his twin. Though he wasn't one for emotions, he was worried about his sister. With everything happening with their mother, he wanted his sister to be okay.

"We need you three to ride with us to St Thomas. We'll find out there?" Gemma explained vaguely.

Without questioning the reason, the five headed out to Gemma's Caddy. Gemma and Happy in the front, Jax, Opie and Angel in the back, with her in between them.

As they were waiting to be called back, they sat around Angel protectively. With all the enemies they had, they wanted to make sure no more harm came to their sister, best friend and girlfriend.

Although, the three men had no clue what was going on, they were eager to find out what was wrong with one of the most important women in their lives. She and Gemma would not reveal their reason for coming here, but didn't argue about it, fearing meeting Mayhem.

Finally, Angel was called back into one of the rooms. Gemma went with her and told the three Sons to wait until she came and got them. They were upset about it, but obliged.

The nurse asked Angel a few questions and she answered them truthfully. Then the nurse got her a cup to pee in so they could do the pregnancy test.

A few minutes later, the test came back positive. The nurse then set up the ultrasound as Gemma went and grabbed the others. Once they were seated, the nurse explained what was going on, causing them to get nervous yet excited.

On the screen, was the image of what was the size of a tennis ball. Angel's eyes widened and she felt tears building up. She always wanted to be a mother, as good as the one she and her brother had.

After more questioning and instructions from the nurse, she printed out the photos and handed them to the mother-to-be.

"Congratulations, Mommy. I will see you in a month." She smiled at her and left the room. Angel was staring at the sonogram with happy tears flowing down her cheeks. Jax and Opie sat on either side of her, wiping them away. Each having tears of their own.

She glanced between them and smiled. "We're having a baby."

They each kissed her on the cheek. "We sure are, darlin'. She's going to be so spoiled. Just wait and see." He smiled lovingly at her.

Angel giggled. "What makes you so sure the baby is a girl?"

He shrugged. "Because I just know that our first one is going to be a mini version of you. Beautiful, strong, smart and a little wild."

Angel giggled again and shook her head. "Well, I think we'll have a boy. But either way, as long as their healthy, I'll love them with everything in me."

"As will we, babe." Opie smiled and kissed her cheek again.

When the nurse came and brought some prenatals, Angel was released and Jax and Opie argued who was going to carry her out to the Caddy. Happy settled the dispute by picking his sister up and carrying her out himself, making Gemma and Angel laugh at their shocked faces.

When they got back to TM, they found the others where they left them. Each Son began bombarding them with questions, until Gemma threatened to castrate them.

"Now that we have your attention, we have an announcement to make." Angel spoke with a grin plastered on her face.

"Well don't leave us in suspense, doll. What is it?" Tig asked impatiently, wanting a smack to the back of the head by Happy. "Ow, fuck! Sorry!"

Angel rolled her eyes and took one of the pictures out, handing it to Clay to pass it around. The club Prez smiled brightly and stood up, embracing his future daughter in law.

"Congratulations, Angel. You'll be a wonderful mother."

"Thank you, boss man. I hope to be every bit as good as mi Madre and Gem."

"Congrats, lass." Chibs said as he took his turn hugging her.

Everyone continued to hug and congratulate the parents. Then Half-Sac poured shots as everyone proposed a toast. Angel drank water, of course.

"Well, Gem. Looks like our Tequila days are over for a while." She said as she leaned her head on the older woman's shoulder.

"That's fine. I'm going to have a grandbaby. He or she are worth it."

"Now we gotta tell Ma. She deserves to know."

"Yes she does, and she will love this wonderful news. It'll bring her more peace."

Angel smiled sadly. "Yeah. I just hope she can be here to witness her grandbaby."

"Even if she wasn't here physically, she would be here in spirit. In yours and Happy's hearts. She will be so proud of you. Just as we are."

"Thanks, Gem. I love you."

"I love you, too, babe."
