I took my covers off myself , as I began to get up grabbing my phone.
I tapped my messages as I saw a good morning texts from Alexis and Jasmine.

I replied to both of their messages while walking to the kitchen .
"Good morning girlie." I said to Jasmine as I saw she was sitting on the couch talking on the phone.
"Alright , yea mom I'll visit you and dad next week." She said talking into the phone, putting her finger up as a sign for one second .
"Yes I promise ! Alright bye." She said hanging up the phone.
I walked over to her and stood in front of her.
"You good jas ?" I Asked her as she took a deep sigh.
"Yea I'm good, that was just my mom and my dad begging me to visit them next weekend." She replied.
I sat down on the couch facing her giving her eye contact .
"You gon go ?" I asked raising an eyebrow.
"Idk Jada, cause I haven't really had the best relationship with my parents ever since I was 17, and I just don't have time for the bs yk." She said looking down.
I grabbed her chin and picked her head up making her face towards me.
"It's gonna go fine jas, don't stress it too much." I said to her softly making her let out a sigh.
"I'll even come with you, if you want" I added with a smile .
"Mmm yea, my homophobic parents meeting you...this should be good." She said in a sarcastic way.
"Girl please it's not like we dating or nothing" I said to her looking away.

"But so what we doin today ?" Jasmine asked.
"Mmm idk I guess we could go see what the boys doin today, I know Alexis prolly wanna go see her luh stink" I replied .
Cause atp I think they should just date, but imma let Alexis do her .
