The desolate church stood out beautifully during the day. Painted glass and oak wood doors that were 12 feet tall. It was a sight to behold and the perfect facade for illegal conduct. Shredder chose this as base for its 2nd private story. Where he could view a good portion of the city while remaining hidden from the law.

Xever and Bradford were discussing in the basements cell. "I don't think I like that pompous rich guy." Xever says, flicking his knife from hand to hand in an irritating motion.

"You never liked the well off people." Bradford smites. "Not everyone has prison records like you."

The fish hissed at him but held back from fighting once again. Tigerclaw had already made his third warning to the pair, and emphasized punishment if it were to happen again.

"Do we know anything about him?"

"He runs an underground arena. Catching Krangified humans is his specialty."

"People pay to see these fights?"

"Not fights. There battles to the death." Without proper law enforcement in the city it's people have gone amok. Stealing and committing crimes they would not be condemned for. If there was something to truly fear during an apocalypse it's unhinged humans.

"And what of the competitors?"

"Winner gets supplies."

"The losers?" Fishface pushes down a gulp, not trying to seem afraid if he were caught in the situation.

Rhazar simply shrugs.

Another patrol day and no sign of Karai. The team had been searching for days, splitting up into teams to cover more ground in the city. "Can't find a scent." Kaneko morphs beside you looking down onto the Krang filled street.

"I'd rather try than being cooped up in the pizzeria. Cmon." You meet up with April, Donnie and Casey who patrolled the far south of Manhattan. "Any signs?"

"No. You?"

"None. She disappeared entirely."

"It's possible she went under. Snakes go into a rest mode after eating. Takes them a long time to break down all the food." Donnie stated pulling up his goggles.

"So we wait till she's hungry? How are we supposed to track that?"

"I don't know (y/n). I'm the genius but I don't always have bright ideas."

"Thank you for trying D." You smile, reassuring his moment in doubt. "Just glad were all still alive amidst this."

"Red can you still feel your dad?" Casey asks changing subject. He leans on his hockey stick playfully nudging Donnie to cheer up.

"It's so strange. When we got here I sensed him but now, Iv lost sight of him completely."

You sigh, resting your hands in your hips to think until your T-phone buzzed. "Mike Tony's Pizza, what can I get for you today?"

Leo bit down a chuckle. "Just get everyone back to base."

You could hear the small tinge of worry in his tone "Alright Captain." The patrol team heads to base. Zipping past hordes of Krang but not a single Krangfied human was spotted. "It's strange that the citizens have disappeared."

"The Krang are planning something." Donnie said confirming when passing another empty street.

"It's too soon for world domination though."

"World domination? Woah it's like we're in the X-men movie yo!" Casey of course was the only one to see something great in this end time. You don't falter your run, rushing back to the rest of the family was priority. The craving for meat was high again or even Leo's blood. You wouldn't go past a quarter in fear of making him faint but the hunger was growing yet again.
