I had had my bath and dressed up in a faded blue, crazy jeans with stylish white crop top revealing my navel piercing.

Yeah... I cared a lot bout my looks

I was reading The bad boy and the tom boy on Wattpad. It's like one of the best books ever!

I could read it all day long.

Just then, the door flung open, revealing  Tom.

"Tommy". I muttered, smiling.

"How you?" He asked. "Good." I replied.

"Since when have you been awake?" He asked me.

"Five, why?" I replied.

"Nothing. You were really tired yesterday. You didn't get to meet everyone at dinner." He told me and I smiled.

"Oh" was all I could say.

"You would now. It's time for breakfast. I'd be expecting you." He smiled and I nodded.

"I'll be down in a sec." I promised.

"Naw... I don't trust that. A sec of yours would be two hours reading on Wattpad or watching a movie and you're most likely on Wattpad right now." He said.

"C'mon, get up. Let's go together." He added, pulling me off the couch.

"Aww.. you've studied me so well". I gave a cute puppy dog face.

"Of course." He nodded and took my hands.

I got to the dining. I spotted four children and two female adults aside Tommy and I of course.

"Hey y'all. Meet Tykirah, my niece." He smiled and I returned the smile.

"Hi Tykirah". I heard from two voices that were in sync. I smiled at them.

"This is my wife, Ellen." He smiled.

"Of course she knows me". She grinned and got up to give me a hug.

" Oh Ellen! How're you?" I greeted. I had just noticed.

"Did you just notice?" She smiled.

"Well, I guess. Your face has changed. It was when you came closer I realized."  I revealed and she smiled.

"This is....." "Heather". I cut Tommy off.

She's mom's youngest sister. She's two years older than I am.

"How you? You've grown so fast. We look like sisters now". She grinned, hugging me back.

"Aren't we?" I grinned back. "Of course" she smiled.

"Okayy... Since you know them, meet my children". He smiled.

"Jade, the blonde girl, she's fourteen. Fiona, the black cute grl, she's eleven." They waved at me and I waved back.

Yeah... And the black girl... Fiona... She's really cute.

"Aidan, the black boy , he's fifteen. Dylan, the white boy, he's sixteen. And erm... Where's Noel?" Tommy asked.

Noel is prolly that rude ass I met earlier this morning.

Just as I thought, he appeared with a bottle of water.

"Right in time, Noel. Noel, this is...."

"Naomi". Noel finished foolishly.

"Naomi?" Tommy asked.

"Let it be". I whispered to Tom and he nodded, smiling.

"So y'all get used to each other and be friends. She'd be staying here till .. i don't know. Forever I guess." He finished and sat to eat.

Noel to a sip of water again. Wait.

Why the hell is he always sipping water?

It's good buy it's absurd.

Unfortunately for me, i sat next to him for breakfast. They were super nice except for the rude ass.

Of course.

Tommy finished his meal and left the dining room. I left the dining almost immediately after Tom coz I already finished breakfast.

"Tye?" He called.

"Yeah?" I replied.

"How do you like here now, Naomi?" He grinned and I laughed.

"I know right?" I smiled back.

"Tell me about it." He told me and i nodded.

"That sipping Noel." I sighed.

"What's that? What's the sipping doing there?" He asked.

"Oh. Coz he's been sipping water since I've come." I shrugged.

"Aren't you been a bit too judgemental? You just met him yesterday and this is the second time you're seeing him do that." He said.

"Oh really." I said.

"Yeah. I think it's just coincidence." He told me.

"Oh. Okay then". I muttered.

"Yeah. He's pretty rude. So, I wanted to teach him manners." I replied simply.

"What happened between you two?" He asked.

"Firstly, he asked me are you one of those old hags Tom use to feed? And that was the first thing he said to me right after he asked what's this? I paused.

"He referred to me as it and when he wanted to ask for my name, he asked what's it name?" I finished.

"Rude much." Tom muttered.

"So, I'm teaching him a lesson." I said.

"What lesson ma'am?" He smiled.

"To have manners. When he embarrasses himself  with that, he'd come to his senses". I replied Tom.

"Anyways, I'm taking you to register you to a school. You should start next week." He informed me.

"What school?" I asked, curious.

"Green Springs High School (GSHS)." He replied me, smiling.

"So, about Naomi?" He smiled.
