ch 4: just another normal day

she was standing in front of the localchurch on the beach. a thick fog surrounded her, the jingles of some distant wind chimes soothed the place magically. suddenly the fog lifted and she was surprised to find that it was no fog but a wedding veil. on the other side stood the dashingly handsome, rugedly good looking guy who had lifted her veil. Lia knew this was a dream cuz no way in reality was she ever going to get married to none other than zack himself. she smiled enjoying the feeling while it lasted zack pulled her in, close for the kiss grabbing her shoulders lightly yet in a strong manner he leaned in but before it could happen he abruptly started to shake her and yell in her ears "lia get up!!!" lia stood there gazing at zack as the scene began to fade away. "no please dont go!!" she managed to say but zack was already gone and everything went dark...
       "lia get up!!!" lia jumped out of her skins and was about to yell when a hand muffled her scream roughly and she was left staring at the pair of lemony yellow eyes she had always disgusted. she growled through her shut mouth and instantly teagues hands flew off "sorry... but you might have screamed the whole place down!!!" he remarked cheekily. lia glared back at him "and what in rotten marmalades do u mean by sneaking into my room at freaking 1:00 in the morning!!! wait till brady gets to know of th..." but before she could complete teagues hands were on her mouth again and this time he was even pulling her out of her bed "shut up!!! and i don't always have those kind of intentions" lia frowned "but where are you taking me?" she managed to say from under his hands he smirked "don't worry i am not going to forcefully marry you" MARRY that word bought back her dream... why the hell had she been dreaming about marrying a police man!!! no doubt he wasn't just any officer he was a damn hot one!!! but still she had met many people just as hot (because right now she thought being still more hotter would be impossible) but had never actually felt this way for any and surely never dreamed about them.... the train of thoughts racing in her mind came to a halt as teag ushered her unknowingly onto the terrace of the 3 storeyed building where all the gang membrs resided except ben and roger (roger was bens secretary more like his shadow). it was a grandbuilding alright.... filled with humongous rooms and situated right on the edge of a cliff looking right into the bluesea. and every time the police had ended up here how they had quickly cleared it up in 56 seconds that had to be a world record and the shocked officers found nothing but empty rooms and an old lady claiming to be the caretaker of this big villa belonging to mr Ben hunt a respectable businessman in town while in actual everyone was right there in a concealed basement behind the wall. lia smiled lightly as she remembered how much fun that was, the wind blew softly from the sea. "te..." she tried to murmer but he hushed her again "shhh look over there..." he whispered pointing towards the terracegarden they had grown, it had a slanting red brick wall and on it sat the masculine figure of brady. he had a burning ciggarette in his hand as he stared forlornly towards the sea.
        "WHAT IN THE NAME OF HELLISH PUMPKINS..." lia gasped teag looked at her and frowned "gud work there lia ... wakin the whole household up" but brady didn't move an inch, teag continued "see that's what i wanted to show you he looks depressed" lia nodded understandingly than turning to wards teag questioned him "but why where you here anyway?" teag shrugged "my AC's down and out and my room got stuffy more likely a huge oven... i came here for some fresh air and saw brady doing something he mostly never does ... even if i hate him for threatning the life outta me each and every day but he still cares for every one like a bigger brother or a son or whatever according to the age so i guessed he wasn't in the best of moods wen i saw he was smoking, a thing he never actually does and knowing that ur closr to him than any of us i brought u here" beaming proudly as if he had conquered the everest!!! lea grinned "well done geniuse!!!" she said sarcastically then continued "anyways thanks" teag grinned "i don't take plain thanks ... how about a thank youu kiss" she frowned "I'll take my thanks back... good night" she exclaimed shoving him towards the stairs "i still wont give up on you, good night love" he replied cheekily.
         leah made her way towards brady and silently crept up bside him "brad..." she whispered he didn't even move an eyeball she called out again the same reaction "BRADY!!!" she finally screamed. brady jumped violently "what the f..." "dont swear you know i hate swear words" she cut him in between "anyways watsuppp!" she chirped he blabbered "nothing, what are  you doin here" "nothing much just wondering why your smoking and so depressed and lieing to me and hiding whats wrong..." she replied in a matter of factly voice "what... no!!! everything is just fine" he replied hastily she frowned "you think i m a fool? i know you too well to know that you smoke privately when tensed and i can even guess the reason why" she looked at him he didn't look back "so, when did u last talk to her?" he looked up "almost 5 days ago" she gaped "five days and you tell me this now!!! ok...did you atleast see abby in the meantime" he shook his head "what in the name of blaazing carrots!!! what kind of a father doesn't see his kid for 5 whole fudging days even when the kid lives just 15 mins away" he scowled and replied "the kind of father who isnt allowed to see his kid by the kids mother because he's a freaking smuggler!!!" leah smiled "you know what you look tooooo damn cute in rage, did you talk to alexandra properly like sweetly" "i talked to her as i usually do but the last time i took her on a date she saw me beating the shit out of one of the members of freddies gang..." "You WHAT!!!" leah exclaimed "what else could i do he was tresspassing into our territory, but when i noticed she had been watching i even let him go but she started screaming and shouting about how much she hated my violent and illeagal ways i couldn't take it anymore and i told her to go to hell. why cant she be that beautiful but tomboyish Alex whom i fell in love with in high school" leah snorted "that was 6 years ago you guys were 17 now your 23 the whole world has changed shes a respectable doctor now and she wants u to take responsibility for her and most importantly your kid. Are you even aware that this year she's turning 5 she has to go to a pre school this year" brad made a really shocked face as if totally unknown lia continued "look brady shes not asking you for money all shes asking is a little bit more responsibility on your side, is that too much to ask" brad frowned "maybe i was wrong but right now she isnt even answering my calls how am i supposed to say sorry!!!" leah rose up confidently "you can leave that to me bigger brother this little sisters gonna bring your life right back on track!!!"
