"It looks like you're not aware of your own potential," Adelpha told her before shrugging her shoulders. The elder went inside her house, and Annon just followed her.

"Are you a sheltered young miss?"

"Pardon?" Annon reacted.

"It's pretty rare, but it's becoming more usual these days. Men love to dominate their wives, that's why parents keep their daughters ignorant about these things," Adelpha crossed her arms while shaking her head.

"Those poor sheltered women, not aware of their potentials. Some of them are probably more capable than other men. They could've been superiors if their parents taught them well."

'That's a terrible f*ckery,' Annon thought. 'They're like birds in a cage.'

Annon scratched her head with hesitation. "No, I don't know if I am a sheltered woman..." She replied. "Actually, Dr. Hugo told me that I have amnesia, I can't remember my memories to be exact..."

"Oya? I see. I misjudged your situation," The elder laughed a little. "Well, it's good to hear that Hugo, did his job well. Usually, he won't do his job nicely if he's not paid well. He's a bizarre Husband, isn't he?"

"Husband?" Annon reacted. She glanced at the Elder woman with a surprised face.

CRACK

Annon flinched when she suddenly heard a sound of a glass having a crack. Her eyes went wide when she saw a broken glass in Adelpha's hand.

It was already strange that the Elder's hand wasn't bleeding, but seeing the scary reaction from the Elder made Annon gulp.

CRACK!

"Did he not tell you that I am his wife?" Adelpha asked angrily. The poor glass in her hand suddenly exploded. "That old man! He's doing it again, I am really annoyed."

Adelpha took a deep breath.

However...

BAM!

The Elder slammed the table. The table broke into two.

'She's so damn strong.' Annon flinched as she took steps away from the Elder. 'Can't afford to make her angry,' She thought.

"What else did he tell you about me?" Adelpha asked.

Annon bit her lips as she scratched her cheeks. "Y-you're his medicine supplier. D-Dr. Hugo said that you're an alchemist," She stammered.

"Medicine Supplier? After giving him 9 sons, I am a medicine supplier?" The Elder rolled her eyes before taking a deep breath. "What kind of face does he have? He's always doing that, it really makes me annoyed."

"N-nine sons?" Annon uttered. "Doctor Hugo is a jerk," she mumbled while covering her mouth.

"Indeed!" Adelpha nodded her head. "That old man is a jerk, I must teach him a lesson."

She immediately took out a ball made of glass and did something weird on it. Annon couldn't ask what was the elder doing, Adelpha seemed really angry.

She's too scared to ask her.

After a moment, a white light appeared on the ball. Annon was stared at it for a while as if waiting for something to happen.

"Old woman?" Annon heard Dr. Hugo's voice. "Wife?"

Turns out that it was a communication device.

"Who's your wife!?" Adelpha shouted at the ball of glass. "Hugo, I am really angry right now, you better go home!"

THUG!
