If Night ever actually figured he is doing what the villagers did to him to Crescent, he would probably, in all honesty, just give him up. He would not trust himself with a kid ever again, not after how much damage he already caused.
But Night would also give him to someone who actually cares for him, not a foster system (not that it's bad). Probably would either be Dream, Blue, Lust, or Geno.
