"Are you excited?" Koyuki asked in a delightful adorable manner.
"About what?"
"The firework festival tomorrow!" Koyuki asked with excitement.
"Oh that. Sure I guess." Hakuji said cursing himself for being bad at talking.
"I'm more excited! This is my first time seeing fireworks especially in person!" Koyuki clapped her hands together already imagining the beauty the fireworks would light up in the wide endless dark sky.
They both are walking down the hallway from their afternoon lunch and now heading to their classes. They had such a peaceful lunch today because Shiraume wasn't there.
She hasn't been here in the school for 3 days at all.
They haven't seen her 3 days ago when she had to take a call and leave.
"You haven't heard from Shiraume lately have you?" Hakuji asked pulling out his phone thinking if he should text her.
"Oh no, I haven't sorry! I haven't seen her for a few days now. I wonder if she's okay." Koyuki surprised herself when she made a false statement in her last sentence. If she has to be honest it's somewhat delight Shiraume isn't around. Koyuki was able to spend more quality time with Hakuji all to herself without Shiraume interfering or mocking.
"I'm gonna try texting her and see what's going on with her. If she keeps doing this, she's gonna get into trouble." Before Hakuji pulled her contact information, he felt a somewhat warm sensation gripped onto his wrist. He widened his eye's a bit and turned his head to see Koyuki giving him a closed-eye smile.
"Don't worry about her too much. Maybe she's here but is busy with her classes and wants to catch up!" For some reason, it was hard for her to keep her voice gentle.
"She's in my last 2 classes and I haven't seen her in one of them. I'm gonna-"
He felt his wrist's slightly tightening up but quickly stopped then she rubbed her thumb across. "Again. Don't worry about her. She must have other things going on at home and she doesn't want anyone to know! I'm sure she will turn up eventually."
The young male nodded and smile, "You're right."
They both heard a phone timer rang, immediately Koyuki stopped o. Her tracks quickly pulled out her phone from her bag. "S-sorry I have to make a phone call..." as she was about to turn in the opposite direction she tripped onto the floor, resulting in her to fell and dropping her opened backpack. 3 medication bottles have rolled out from her bag.
Hakuji instantly helped her up as he hold her waist and arm up carefully. "You got to be more careful on where you're going, Koyuki-San. That phone call can wait."
Koyuki let out a giggle but felt embarrassed, "y-you're right thank you Hakuji-San."
"Here let me pick them up." Hakuji bend down, picked up her folder, one literature textbook, and took a few steps more to pick up the last remaining items. He came across the small containers. He took a look at the small containers with white small overalls shapes and all 3 of them are half-filled. He picked one and took a look and sees Koyuki's last name and her first on the small description sticker. Before he reads any further, the container was immediately taken from his hand, and looks down and sees the other two are gone. He stands up and sees Koyuki shoving the containers back into her backpack.
"Are you on medication?" Hakuji asked handing her other pieces of stuff back.
Koyuki didn't respond as she hurriedly put all 3 medications and phones in one hand as the other held her backpack. But she accidentally drops her phone landed in front of Hakuji's feet. She gasped.
