Trigger Warning: Date Rape, Drugging

"Dark types ya say?" Raihan smirks, "How did you manage that?" He questions. "There is beauty in darkness, I learned that very young. I learned very quickly that fairy types and psychic types were pretty much the norm for Pokéstars, but everyone forgets there is no light without the dark. My dark types gave people a breath of fresh air from the perky, go lucky, sparkly personas. I was the reality check, for all the day dreamers." I sigh out.

"After staring at the sun so long, people became amazed when I showed them the stars." I smile. "Quite poetic aren't you?" He laughs, "Sorry, something I grew into the habit of doing. Every little thing counts in the world of Pokéstars." I grumble, "Why'd ya quit?" He chimes, "Because I finally wanted to do something I wanted." I mumble gliding my fingers over my next shot.

Raihan didn't say anything else as I took my next two shots, the buzz of the alcohol finally catching up to me but nothing I couldn't handle. A smile graces my lips as I hum along to a familiar song, "I performed to this song once," I recall. "What'd you do?" He queried, "A mixture of things really, which is probably why I received the highest score. I did a little bit of fire dancing, ribbon dancing, and aerial tricks." I list off. "Sounds like a hell of a performance." He chuckles, "It was, even helped me win the competition." I laugh along with him.

"What is it you plan to do in the Pokémon league?" He questions, "Well I plan to start out as the Champion's manager. Heard he can be a bit of a handful so It's a perfect opportunity to showcase what I'm made of." I thought out propping my head up in my hand with my elbow on the bar. Raihan let out a roaring laugh, "Lee is a lot of work, but the way ya wrangled me earlier, Lee should be in good hands." He laughs out.

A smile spreads across my lips, "I'm glad you approve," I giggle. I push my hair out of my face and look out to the dance floor to see Nessa all up on some random individual. I glance up at the clock and smirk, I take my final two shots with ease. Slamming the champion's shot on the bar as Raihan cheers for my victory. The bartender comes back with a surprised expression, "Close call, almost beat Champion Leon's record." He mumbles looking up at the clock.

"Give me a few tries, I'll blow his record out of the water." I grin while taking out a few pokédollars to pay for the drinks. I slap them down before looking over at Raihan, I take him by the front of his jacket and pull him close. I plant a soft kiss to his cheek before letting go, "Thanks for keeping me company, I'll let you off your chain now. Try not to stir up too much trouble." I giggle before hopping off my stool and meeting Nessa on the dance floor.

For the next few hours it's a blur of bodies and music, I switch between dancing with Nessa and the prompting male I found interest in. I even manage to squeeze a dance out of Raihan before I have to pull Nessa off the floor and into the bathroom. I do what I need to do and freshen up with Nessa in the bathroom, Nessa takes a few bathroom pictures in the mirror before we leave.

The alcohol from the shots had reached its peak during my hours on the dance floor and I can slowly feel the buzz fade, meaning it's time for another drink. I make my way to the bar, I request a menu to look through, but before I can order a drink is already being placed in front of me. I look at the dragon cocktail, a house specialty according to the menu. I lift my eyebrow at the bartender who merely points at a man not too far away, he lifts his drink in salute before taking a sip.

I eye the drink looking for any disturbance such as residue or bubbles, but I don't find any. I lick my lip and decide to go for it. I take a sip of the drink and hum at the taste, finding it quite pleasant. I sent the man a small nod in thanks, but he takes it as a cue to approach. I mentally prepare myself to shoot the man down, I acknowledge the man as he sits where Nessa has previously sat. Upon closer inspection he's not that bad looking, but I'm not looking to take anyone home.

"Thank you, for the drink." I smile, The man nods his head, "Your welcome." He smiles. "I'm not looking for anyone." I spoke simply, the man paused, his face fell before a soft smile took its place. "That's alright, at least I got to buy the pretty lady a drink." He shrugs. A smile graces my lips at his smooth response, "Allow me to buy you one in return?" I question. "By all means." He laughs, I wave over to the bartender and order a refill for his previous drink.

We chat for a few minutes, and the smile on his face only grows. I clear my throat when I feel the weight of the alcohol takes its toll on me. I had finished my drink, but I hadn't ordered a new one. I glance at the menu and check the alcohol percentage, only to realize the cocktail should be nothing. I bite my lip and grip the bar as I feel the world around me shift, I mentally curse to myself and glance at the man. He sets a hand on my thigh as he asks if I'm okay, It takes all I have not to sneer at him as it finally clicks that he spiked my drink.

I glance to the dance floor, but I can't seem to spot Raihan or Nessa. Panic spears down my spine when the man guides me from my seat and leads to the exit of the bar. I manage to grab my purse, doing my best to relax and seem to go along with him. I struggle to get up the stairs to buy time, but he manages to get me to the door. I sent a panicked look to the door man and his Pokémon from over the captures shoulder. Neither seem to have any reaction, as soon as the cool air of the night hits my skin, I decide to make my last resort.

"Can you take me somewhere private, I feel like I'm gonna throw up." I mumble drunkenly, "Shit, ya gonna hurl?" He grunts. "Yeah." I groan, as he guides us over to a dark alleyway I manage to pop open my purse and grip my pokéball tightly. The man lets go just enough for me to stumble away, as soon as I got some distance I click open the pokéball.

Zarude appears behind me and I take the opportunity to lean against him, Zarude leans over my shoulder fangs bared snarling at the man. I can vaguely see him shake in fear at the sight of the unknown Pokémon in the darkness of the sketchy alleyway, I can picture him, Za's dark fur blending with the shadows only to be known by his beautiful green irises and the red that surrounds them. Zarudes aren't a very common Pokémon and won't stray too far from their home. Zarude has always been my hail Arceus, my last resort, because the fear of an unknown and intimidating Pokémon works wonders in tense situations.

"Zarude use scary face." I hiss, the man lets out a screech of fear as Zarude unleashes his attack. The man then stumbles and runs from the alleyway, I let out a breath of relief when he's gone out of sight. I feel my conscience start to slip, but I have no idea how to get a hold of Nessa or Raihan. At least I have Zarude, he'll take care of me.

My vision blackens for a second but as it comes back I see a figure run down the alleyway. I tense into Zarude and he unleashes a snarl, "Oh my Arceus! (y/n)!" A voice calls, it takes me a minute to process the voice. "Nessa?" I call, "Hey love!" She whispers, "Is he gone?" I hiss. "Yeah love, Raihan is taken' care of that rubbish now." She grumbles. "Zarude," I whisper, the rogue monkey takes my cue and gently guides me over to Nessa. "The doorman's Pokémon came to fetch us, when we got to the door the guy told us a sketchy guy led you out. Thank Arceus you scared the piss out of him, the only reason we found you was cause he came runnin' from the corner." She grunts, leaning me against her.

"Gotta get out of here, can't let the press know." I grumble pushing myself up and running a hand through my hair. "I think Raihan has his Flygon, he can take you to a hotel and I'll meet you there." She whispers hushly. "No hotel, the staff talk." I moan, "Shit." She hisses, "Okay you know what he can just take ya home, fuck what he has to say." She sneers. I don't hear anything else after that because my vision goes black, this time it doesn't come back.
