I squeal as the tin box of the flying taxi shakes over the sea, Leon smirks over at me. "I will throw you out," I hiss, Leon shakes his head. "You wouldn't." He grins, "Try me." I sneer. "We're almost there Champion," The driver calls, "Don't you mean former Champion" Leon calls back with a smile. I let out a shaky breath and lean back in my seat.

I look down in my leather binder to see one letter of invitation left. "Are you sure this is what you wanna do? Isn't the battle tower enough as is?" I sigh, Leon smiles, eyes bright and filled with wonder. The same wonder he gets when he finds a challenge worth conquering. I let out huff, but a smile slips onto my face, before I can anything an island comes into view.

My mouth fell open at how beautiful it looks, "Welcome to the Island of Armor, love." Leon grins over at my reaction. The flying Taxi lands in front of a dojo not too far inland, Leon takes my hand in his before leading us further in. I slip off my heels at the door but Leon keeps his boots on. "Hello Master!" Leon grins at the older man, "Leon my boy! It's been awhile, and who's this lovely lady?" he smiles. "Master this is my girlfriend (y/n), (y/n) this is Master Mustard the Champion of Galar before me." He introduces.

"It's both a pleasure and an honor to meet you," I smile holding out my hand, the man takes it gently and shakes it. "It's nice to see Leon has finally found someone worth bringing here." He chuckles, "Honey! Come meet Leon's Girlfriend!" The older man calls. I watch as a woman comes out from around the corner with a shocked expression, she approaches me with a bright smile. "Oh how wonderful it is to meet you!" She gushes, "Hello," I charm sweetly. A tingle shoots down my spine and my eyes shoot over to Leon, "Leon!" I call as I see him wander over to a door, "I'm not going to get lost!" He laughs. "Don't worry dear, he's off to fight Mustard. They do that every time he comes to visit." She laughs, "In the meantime how about we talk, I can show you some pictures of Leon when he was a student?" She offers, My ears perk at the offer.

I giggle down at the picture of Leon, yellow uniform messy as he grins away with his Charizard holding him with a stressed expression. "I swear I feel like charizard and I are co-parenting Leon sometimes," I sigh, Miss Honey laughs while handing me a cup of tea. I hold it steady as yet another explosion goes off, "You seem rather accustomed to this." She muses, "When Leon was Champion I often sat in on his matches and did paperwork, Leon is always causing some kind of explosion." I snort and bring the cups to my lips.

"Explosions were the least of my worries with him though, that man gets lost so often I've developed a sixth sense to counter it." I huff, I take another sip of my tea, which effectively calms me down. "My, you sound like a married couple." She giggles with a hand on her cheek, I choke on my tea but I manage to keep it all in the cup. "We're not married," I mumble with pink cheeks, "Not yet by the sound of it." She smirks.

"By the sound of what?" Leon's voice chimes, "Nothing," Miss honey smiles. I roll my eyes and stand from my seat, I let out a sigh when I see dirt on Leon's clothes. "Sorry (y/n)." He chuckles scratching his cheek, "Honestly Lee what am I going to do with you." I laugh lightly crossing my arms. "Love me anyway?" He offers with a cheesy grin, "That ship has long since sailed, My King," I muse. "As long as The Queen is aboard, then oh well," He laughs, Miss honey clears his throat and gives me a I-Told-You-So look. I scoff and roll my eyes, cheeks flushing.

"It's been fun Master, but (y/n) and I have to get going now." Leon smiles apologetically, "That's fine my boy, do come back, with this one in tow I hope." The older man chuckles, "And a wedding invitation in hand!" Miss Honey chimes. I bury my face into my hands as Leon's cheeks flush pink, "We can only hope Miss Honey," Leon laughs. I gasp over to him with wide eyes, "We better get going (y/n)." Leon smiles tugging me along. I stumble over my words trying to come up with a possible way to question his response, but it never happens since Leon gets me to the death chamber before then.

I cling to Leon as the flying taxi takes off, into the air. A small smile spreads across his lips as he holds me back. An hour or so into our trip Leon brushes his hand over my thigh, "You know I meant what I said." He mumbles softly. "About what?" I mumble into his shoulder, a few minutes into the flight took off I had curled into him for warmth. "The Wedding invitation." He whispers, fingers tracing shapes into my skin, "Miss Honey wouldn't stop mentioning it while you and your Master were battling." I grunt.

Leon pauses, perhaps to think over what he wants to say next, "Do you not want to marry me?" He questions softly. My heart stops and I snap my head up to his, "Never. I love you Leon and one day I'll prove it to you. But I just think we have a lot on our plate right now. With re-building Rose Tower into the Battle Tower, You and the League, Me and the Hotel, not to mention this All Star Tournament your planning." I list off. "I named it after you, you know." Leon muses, my eyes snap over to him. "You named what after me?" I question, "The Tournament, I want to show you the stars and this is my way of doing that. It wasn't always about making Galar's Pokémon Masters stronger." He smiles, "Lee," I whisper weakly. "I was going to ask you this later, but I want the Poké Queen of the Stars to be our host." He chuckles, scooping up his hand in mine and kisses the knuckles.

"You are literally making it so hard for me to tell you I can't marry you right now." I huff with a pout, "Good," He grins, "Then when I really do ask you won't be able to say no." he chuckles. "How devious," I snort, "Only for you." He chimes.
