Mipha gazed at the setting sun. Every time she was reminded of a dreadful night.

She didn't know why she still stared at it.

"Psst. It's time to go." An unmistakable voice sounded behind her.

"Sooga, I told you not to sneak up on me."

"Well, we've already got everyone there. Let's go."

Mipha sighed. She grabbed her trident.

Walking towards a scorching hot desert probably wasn't a good idea, but it was nighttime.

A whole lot colder.

Way too cold.

Mipha had walked this route a million times during the night.

Sometimes she questioned if this was all a dream.

*Later*

The yiga clan hideout wasn't lavishly decorated or posh.

Bananas filled every space and corner, with chairs propped up almost everywhere.

There, on the banana throne, sat Kohga. The not so fierce, Yiga leader.

"Oh, you're finally here." He sat up a little. "Okay, everyone! Let's get the meeting started!"

It felt like forever just sitting at a chair, constantly nodding and talking to all of the yiga footsoldiers.

As the sun started to rise, Mipha had to hurry back to hyrule castle.

By the time she got to Hyrule castle, she was exhausted. Expending so much energy wasn't a good idea, especially with lack of sleep.

Link was already awake, doing his usual guarding the princess.

Was she jealous?

No.

Maybe.

Okay, she was a bit jealous.

After he had been appointed as the princesses knight, he had become so... distant.

No longer smiling and laughing. Staying silent every day.

Countless times she also caught him staying near the princess and avoiding everyone.

"Why are you so... interested in him?" Revali's voice caught her off guard.

"What? Oh. It's nothing."

"He's just a dumb little hylian." Revali said.

"He wasn't always like this." Mipha said defensively.

Revali said nothing.

Mipha turned back, but he was gone.

"I guess, i just want to be alone." Mipha said.

"I know what that feels like."

Mipha heard him turn and flap upwards, probably towards his room.

She went into hers and fell into bed, exhaustion gripping her as she fell asleep.

*                    *                  *

Revali didn't like how obsessed she was about that boy.

He sighed. Maybe things would turn out better later.

Oh, how wrong he was.

*Five months later (idk how this works, when did he pull out the master sword???)*

Knight who seals the darkness. Wielder of the master sword. Great hero.

Links titles were EVERYWHERE in hyrule castle. It was all EVERYONE could talk about.

Yet, as he approached them, he was only regarded as a sidekick, the rito.

On who stands by and mostly does nothing.

'WHAT WAS SO SPECIAL ABOUT THIS STUPID SWORD THAT I AM COMPLETELY FORGOTTEN?!'

He hadn't really said that. More like thought of saying it.

He knew that it was supposed to seal gannon away.

But he just pulled it out.

No training.

No hard work and effort.

Nothing.

He just pulled it out.

And EVERY SINGLE TWEEP IN THE WHOLE OF HYRULE, JUST COMPLETELY FORGETS HIM.

He angrily stormed around his room, careful not to break anything.

It was probably childish to throw a tantrum over being forgotten.

Yes, the sensible thing was to do something everyone would remember.

"I just have to train harder." He muttered.

He turned to stalk towards the training room.

*Several months later (Maybe like 1 month??)*

*                     *                   *

Mipha stared outside of her room.

She knew the night would go one way or the other.

Yiga meeting, which meant no sleep.

Or just a night off, which also meant no sleep.

If she didn't keep an eye on Kohga, she feared he would do something to Sidon.

Sweet little Sidon.

Yiga talismans burst behind her.

"Dramatic entrance." Mipha said.

"What? You said no sneaking up on you." Sooga protested.

She sighed. "Alright, I suppose it's another Yiga clan meeting."

"Actually, this one is private." Sooga said.

"Oh." Mipha said.

What.

They walked towards the usual meeting spot, and Mipha hoped nothing bad would happen...

Dun Dun Dun!

Also, yeah. I made Mipha work with the Yiga clan.

It's just a fanfic, and don't freak out. I have a plan for this.

Also, we need to protect Baby sidon peeps.

Bye!
