Spring Break (Janoskians)

Chapter 2

The car ride was agonizingly long and tiring without a companion, but when I finally arrived in LA, I could not have been more happier.

As I pull into my friend Lauren's drive way, relief washes over me that I have three weeks without any classes at all.

"Bella! It's been so long! Too long!", Lauren says greeting me at her door with open arms.

"I know! It hasn't been the same since you left Stanford for LA," I say. She left Stanford university last semester because her boyfriend was being transferred as well.

As i am guided to the room where I will be spending my spring break at, I notice that there's a hole in the wall that was attempted to be covered up with a picture.

"I'll let you get unpack and get settled in. Let me know when you are finished, and we can head to the mall for lunch," lauren tells me.

I unpack all of my clothes, neatly folding them into the dresser drawers. Hanging up the few dresses I brought, I check the time on my phone and feel a grumble in my stomach.

As I walk into the kitchen where Lauren and Cameron are, I am caught off guard by the boys running around on the street. It looks like they are holding something out to stop cars. I've never seen anything like it before.

"I take it you're ready?", Lauren questions.

"Uh, yeah. Let me grab my jacket", I say, still focusing on the teenage boys causing trouble on the street.

"So, what do you want for lunch?" Lauren asks as we arrive at the mall.

"Pizza?" We both say at the same time
"Then I guess it's decided, pizza" Cameron says bluntly as he rolls his eyes. I've always had my doubts about that guy.

We order our pizza and sit down to eat. It seems the boys who were causing trouble happen to be at this mall too.

Half way through the meal, we are interrupted but a boy with dark hair and a dimple piercing on his legs whining like a dog at me. I've only been in LA for a couple hours and I already have my doubts about coming back.
