"Okay girls, when we call your name, go on into the gym and show us what you got. We will be calling you in groups of two," A lady with blonde hair informs everybody here. "Let's start with Isabelle and Lauren." The lady tells us. I step forward and so does the other girl.

"I'm Lauren." She tells me.

"Bella." I reply. We continue to talk as we make our way to the gym.

"Good luck." She tells me before we open the door.

"You too."

"Okay girls, for this tryout we are going to need to see three things from you. How you pitch, how you catch, and how you can bat. Let's start with pitching. Lauren do you want to start off?" The coach asks her. She nods her head yes and looks back to me. I give her an assuring smile. She picks up the ball and is told what kind of pitch it needs to be. She picks up the ball and throws it perfectly.

The coach scribbles something down in a clipboard while calling my name. I nervously pick up the ball and throw it like Lauren did. Mine wasn't as good as hers, but it wasn't awful. "Nice job ladies. Let's try catching." The coach tells us.

We grab our gloves and start warming up with each other on opposite sides of the gym.

"Okay, I'm going to hit this ball and you girls will be the outfielders." The coach says while swinging a bat around.

He hits the ball in Lauren's direction first. She catches it but it falls out of her glove. "Nice try." She laughs at my gesture and so do I.

The next ball comes in my direction and I start to get nervous. I close my eyes and stick my glove in the air. The next thing I know is I have a ball in my glove. "Nice catch." Lauren compliments. I smile and throw the ball back to the coach.

"Okay, it looks like we are done here." The coach says.

"What about hitting?" I ask.

"I don't need to see anymore. You both made the team. First practice is Monday after school." He tells us.

"You don't go to my school though." Lauren tells me.

"I just moved." I tell her. She smiles and takes out her phone so I can put my number in. I do the same thing.

"See you Monday." She says while we walk out.

"Monday." I repeat with a smile on my face.

I wake up and realize I was just dreaming. I'm in a hotel room with Daniel beside me.

"Are you okay?" He asks me.

"Where's Lauren?" I ask him.

"She's at the pool. I'll go with you." He tells me.

We leave the room and head to the top floor where the pool is.

"Hey Bella." The boys and Lauren greet me.

"Lauren, can I talk to you? And hi boys." Lauren nods and climbs out of the pool. She wraps a towel around her body while following me out into the hall.

"This may sound crazy," I begin. "But I had a dream that we met. Can you tell me how we really met to see if it was a memory?" I ask her. She has a big smile on her face and begins to speak.

"It was at softball tryouts. Then you moved to my school." She tells me.

"I remember." I say barely audible.

"Everything?" She asks while pulling me into a hug.

"Everything from the tryouts all the way to now." I tell her.

"I'm so happy to have you back Bella." Lauren tells me.

"I'm glad to be back." I say.

Okay so Bella was dreaming about the softball tryouts. It really happened but it was just a dream. I'm so sorry for not updating sooner. I was really busy this weekend.
