It was 1:30 am. I stood up from my desk and walked to the closet. I took some clothes to wear and made my way to the bathroom. Once I was finished and my hair was nicely done, I looked at myself in the mirror. I was wearing black wide trousers and a black big t-shirt. I put on a black hoodie and went back to the desk. A pastel blue post-it resting on the wood. I grabbed my phone and googled the address. It was a 20 minutes walk from here so I took my wallet, made sure I had my phone and keys and made my way to the kitchen to take one of Bam's favorite treats. And like that, I found myself walking into the cold night, making my way to a stranger's house that I hoped was where the intriguing guy from this morning lived.

After 15 minutes walking I was getting close to the building. I was wearing a black mask and the hood helped me to keep my face unexposed. The streets were pretty much empty for the exception of two people I had seen on my way here. The cold weather helping me to control my beating heart and my mind. Some minutes later I was opening the entrance door to the building with a creepy chirp. Everything inside was deadly silent while I made my way to the elevator and pressed the 3rd floor button. Once the metallic door opened, I looked for the correct apartment number. Finally, I was standing in front of the 307 apartment. A low piano sound coming from the inside. I looked once more at my phone screen to see it was 2:18 am. I shaved it into my pants pocket and took a deep breath before knocking three times on the door. The wood cold and hard against my knuckles. I really hoped it was him at the other side of the wall and not some random person who hadn't any idea about where my baby was.

The door swung open. The same male that was in the park was now looking at me. His eyes dark and wide, as if he didn't expect to see me here and at this time. His mouth opened and closed like a fish. So I decided to speak first.

"So this really was your real address" I said trying to keep it down as it was pretty late and everything could be heard. He didn't say anything, his eyes never leaving mine as if he had forgotten how to speak or breathe. I auto invited myself in as I didn't want any nosy neighbor to see what was going on. I stepped forward and passed him by. Once I was in the hall, my vision scanning the space looking for Bam. In the meantime, it seems like the guy had time to recompose himself. The sound of the door closing behind me and his steps coming closer to me until we were side by side.

"Take off your shoes and come in" he said as he spared me one last glance before entering another room. I quickly took off my shoes and my mask and went after him. We were in what appeared to be the living room. It wasn't a big room, but it felt really cozy. The navy blue couch matching with some beautiful paintings that were hanging on the walls. Wood shelves with lots of books and pictures were filling the empty space. A guitar leaning on one of the shelves and a piano on the other side of the room, where I guess he had been working until now as crumpled papers were all over the place. The nut brown hair man was now walking to the living room door again, close to where I was standing.

"It must be cold outside. Would you like some tea?" He said, making his way to what seemed to be the kitchen. I followed him in silence. Although I didn't reply, he was already boiling some water and taking two yellow mugs from a cabinet and posing them on the counter. His blue short pajama pants slightly giving a glimpse of his pale legs. "Black or green?" He asked, looking at me one more time. I stopped my train of thought and decided to focus on the male that was now leaning on the counter, his eyes on me causing a warm and weird feeling in my stomach. "Where is Bam? Is he ok? Did something happen?" I said remembering the reason for my visit. A faint smile slightly spread on his face. "He's good, don't worry. He's just sleeping in my bed with Yeontan. I guess they must have been pretty tired too". I nodded and felt my body relax under my clothes. All the tension accumulated leaving my body. "Black" I said staring back at him. He nodded again and as if on cue the water boiler beeped. He turned around and prepared our tea. He put both mugs on the dining table and sat down. His foot pushing slightly under the table the chair across him, indicating me to sit down as well. I complied and went over where he was, sitting and taking the cup of tea between my hands, letting the warm heat up my palms and fingers as well as my body when I had the first sip. I looked at him again, his eyes still fixed on me as if I was a high level mystery he had to decipher.
