A/N Before I start, I'm so sorry about the late update. I couldn't even start writing this chapter because of writers block, as well as school fucking with my life, but I'll try to do better :) Also, it's kind of rushed.

Alice rushed into the living room, Jasper in tow. She reached for her phone quickly, which worried McKenna. She's never seen Alice act so quickly, to the point where even the vampire eye couldn't detect motion.

McKenna put her book down and looked at Jasper, who was trying to get Alice to calm down.

"Alice," McKenna's soft voice spoke, Alice and Jasper stopping what they're doing. "What's going on?"

Alice took a deep breathe, tapping her foot against the floor. Her hands tossed her phone between each other, her eyes darting from her phone, to Jasper, to McKenna, back to her phone.

"It's Bella. Somethings wrong," She said, her voice shaking. Once Alice tapped Bella's contact, she pulled her phone up to her ear. Jasper and McKenna shared a look, before looking back at Alice.

"Bella? Are you alright?" Alice asked Bella, her voice laced with concern.

"I'm not 100 percent sure,"

Alice and Bella continued their conversation, and McKenna sensed that Carlisle will be needed. She rushed upstairs and into his office.

Carlisle looked up from his paper work, confused on why McKenna, the usually polite person, who knocks before entering, burst into his office.

He stood up and walked over to her, worry evident on his face.

"Somethings wrong with Bella. Alice has her on the phone now," Is all she said, grabbing her mates hand. The two rushed downstairs and Alice handed the phone to Carlisle.

"Bella? What's going on?"

No one could hear what Bella said, her voice ever so slightly muffled, so only Carlisle could hear.

"Has Edward been harmed?"

"No." Bella paused. "I know that it's impossible. But I think that I'm pregnant,"

McKenna stopped listening at that point. She knew it wasn't completely impossible, nothing is. Her mind flipped back to when Aro, Caius, and Marcus were talking about this.

"It is possible, brother." Aro stated, placing down a book. Caius looked at Aro, alarmed. He didn't know this was possible. He had the idea's, and outweighed each thought about it being possible, but never once brought it up.

"But how?" Caius asked, not really understanding.

Marcus looked at Caius. He was in the same boat, although he knew that it was possible. Just was confused on how.

"If I'm being honest," Aro started, picking up another book, flipping through the pages. "I'm not sure. I just know it is."

"A human? Able to birth a child of a vampire?" Marcus asked, to which Aro hummed.

"I haven't seen it for myself, but I know vampires that have." Aro paused, turning to look at Caius and Marcus. "Unfortunately I had to end them. They didn't have intentions of turning their human."

"Carlisle, I thought it was impossible," Jasper spoke in disbelief

"Carlisle, I thought it was impossible," Jasper spoke in disbelief.

McKenna shook her head. "No. Not impossible. Nothing is." She spoke, looking at Jasper, before averting her eyes to look ahead of her. "A human can become pregnant by a vampire."

"An immortal child?" Carlisle asked.

"No. Not immortal. A hybrid." McKenna laughed dryly. "It will kill the life out of Bella."

"How do you know this?" Alice asked her.

McKenna paused, to think about her answer, and if she should really talk about the subject. But she trusted her new family. She trust each one of them.

"Aro, Caius and Marcus were talking about it a while ago. Speaking of which, they might think Bella is a vampire already." McKenna stopped.

"Meaning that they will think she's having an immortal child," Carlisle carried on.

McKenna nodded her head at him. She clasped her hands together. She knows how the volturi are. She knows that they won't hesitate to kill Edward and Bella if they have proof of an immortal child. And that worried her.

It also worried her that a hybrid child will grow inside of Bella, slowly killing her. But she wouldn't do anything. Ultimately, it's Bella's choice. It's Bella's child and if she wants to take the risks, then McKenna will stand by her. No matter what.

After all, she knows what it's like to have a child ripped away from you.
