description of quirk :

shiro has two quirks like her twin shoto, but were both deemed useless by her father because like her older brother touya her body wasn't built for her quirk, well- one of them

with her first quirk dry ice, shiro is able to send out huge glaciers or small shards of dry ice that potentially burn her opponent, a special element of her dry ice, is that the smoke her ice emits can turn into blue fire with a snap of her fingers

this is where her second quirk fire manipulation comes in, with this quirk she is able to increase or decrease the temperature of her blue fire or any sort of fire as well as its shape and size

her only drawback is like her brother touya's, her body cannot handle her first quirk dry ice, because her body was born fit for a fire quirk, she gets severe frostbite, fourth degree burns and feels cold quickly. 

honing her abilities on her own gave her amazing control of her quirk making them extremely powerful
