There is absolutely no benefit to be gained from smoking, and in fact; I'm well aware that smoking is simply killing myself quite slowly. And yet I continue to do it and that is because I am aware of my own addiction and therefore have a reason to smoke; because I am addicted and therefore feel I need to at times.
