After the incident on Halloween Harry's relationship with Snape got so much better that even Ron noticed it "mate, what happened between you and Snape, you two have been acting weird, it's scary" Ron asked one day after class "professor Snape, Ronald and he is right Harry you two have been acting very friendly lately it's very disturbing" Hermoine said looking up from her book "it's not that weird you guys, we just talked about are differences and resolved them and now we don't pick on each other" Harry said "whatever you say mate but it's still very weird" Ron said looking at him.
That night Harry went to Severus's office to talk to him "I am thinking about telling Hermoine and Ron about my home life and Tom" Harry said entering his office "hello to you to Harry" Severus said sarcastically "stop it Severus ,I am very worried" Harry said "what happened, is everything alright" Severus said setting his quill down hearing his voice "no they were asking questions ,even Ron noticed that we weren't picking on each other and it's only a matter of time before they notice that I am not on Dumbledore's side and last night Ron almost caught me talking to Tom, I don't know how much longer I can keep something like this from them, they are my best friends Severus" Harry said "have you talked to the dark lord about this" Severus asked "yes I asked him in the beginning and he said it was my choice to tell them or not and when to tell them, I was planning on telling them on Christmas with everyone else in the Barrow but with the way things are going I don't know if I will have there trust by then if I don't tell them now" Harry said "if he is alright with it then you should tell them, if you need anything tell me I will do everything in my power to help you" Severus said.
"About that I was hoping that you would be there to support me when I tell them" he said looking away shyly "if you want me there then of course I will be there" Severus said smiling at the boy "ok, so can I bring them here tomorrow night after dinner" Harry said biting his lower lip and Severus could understand why the dark lord would want him, the boy was the spitting image of his mother if you rule out his hair and the fact that he was a boy "that would be acceptable, I can take care of them if anything goes wrong or if they don't agree with you" Severus said "Severus we are not hurting my friends, I don't care if they take my side or not" Harry said firmly making Severus look at him startled, he have never heard Harry use such strong tone with anyone "I was merely suggesting that we obliviate them in case they do not understand our side of things so they don't tell Dumbledore anything before the right time, we still need him to think that we are on his side" Severus said "alright you can obliviate them if things goes wrong" Harry said with a sigh standing up to leave "and don't forget you are due another dose of your potion tomorrow" Severus said smirking hearing Harry groan as he headed out.
Next night Harry brought Ron and Hermoine to Severus's office "Harry why are you bringing us here, you said you wanted to talk to us about something" Hermoine said "yes, mate why are we here, I get that you two have some kind of truce but did you had to bring us here" Ron said "guys I will tell you everything but please first lets go inside I need him there to tell you this" Harry said as he opened the door to move inside, they both gave each other weird looks but didn't protest any further and went inside, he locked the door behind them and put a silencing ward on.
"you are getting better at these" Severus said at the door of his private quarters "are we doing it in there" Harry said with a raised eyebrow "no, I just want to get your potion from my personal lab" Snape said with a smirk as Harry groaned "why do I have to take them ,I am all better now" he said "you are not, it will take another six months for you to be all better as you put it" he said "and it's either my potion or the one the healer provided and we both know which one does he want you to take" Severus said handing him the vile "but Severus" Harry whined but drank the potion. Ron and Hermoine was taking in there exchange wide eyed, they could not believe that Harry would be talking to Snape like that and wondering who that he was.
"Harry what was that potion for" Hermoine asked "it was a nutrition potion, I actually wanted to talk to you guys about it" Harry said sitting down and everyone followed "you guys remember how every year when I come back after holidays I injuries all over my body" Harry said and they both nodded looking at him " well it's because at home the beat me for having magic and call me a freak" he told them everything that had happened to him by the time he was done Hermoine were crying and Ron was looking very pale "why didn't you tell us about this before, we have to tell Dumbledore about this immediately, he will take you out of that house" Ron said and Harry laughed harshly "oh he knows, he was the one who told me not tell you guys anything and if I had kept listening to his nonsense I would be dead" Harry said looking at them "and there is one more thing I have to tell you, I have decided to join Voldemort when the war comes" he rushed out "Harry what are you saying the man killed your parents and he is the dark lord" Hermoine said while Ron was gaping at his best friends "guys I know what I am doing, Tom is a good guy whatever happened was because of a spell he had used that have gone wrong" Harry argued.
