His Husband

Taehyung was now 4 months pregnant. He had been on the bed rest since that incident. Jungkook was taking the utmost care of his babies.

Jungkook had taken a day off today cause they were going to find out the gender of the baby. They were both very excited.

Jungkook was currently in the kitchen preparing breakfast for his husband who was asleep. He had decided to surprise his sleeping beauty with the breakfast in bed.

Jungkook opened the door of his bedroom and smiled seeing his husband sleeping with one side of his face squished against the pillow. He cooed at him, he was literally looking like a baby bear.

Jungkook put the breakfast tray on the table and got in the bed. He kissed Taehyung on his cheeks and the said boy stirred in his sleep and faced Jungkook, still fast asleep.

Jungkook placed a kiss on his Husband's slightly opened mouth, he didn't know when the kiss deepened. After a while, Taehyung moaned in his mouth, and opened his eyes.

"Kookie! It's so early in the morning. Let me sleep!", Taehyung whined.

Jungkook moved back to look in his eyes and said "Tae baby! It's already 10 and we have an appointment with doctor today, so it's not «SO EARLY» in the morning."

Taehyung decided to ignore his husband and closed his eyes again while turning to his side. Jungkook rolled his eyes and picked Taehyung up and made him sit straight on the bed.

" Jungkook! What the hell? I want to sleep more! ", Taehyung whiningly shouted.

Jungkook placed the breakfast tray in front of them, totally ignoring his whining husband and said with the cutest proud bunny smile "I've prepared breakfast for us."

Taehyung forgot all about his sleep when he saw his favourite pancakes with maple syrup and jam in front of him and dug in.

(After breakfast, Jungkook kind of forced Taehyung to have a glass of milk.)

At the hospital :

Taehyung was lying on the hospital bed, while the doctor was applying the gel on his belly. Jungkook was sitting across them.

The doctor took the ultrasound, and also asked Jungkook if he wanted to hear the heartbeat of the baby. Jungkook happily agreed and the parents heard their baby's heartbeat. The smile on their faces was the most beautiful sight in the whole world.

After that, the doctor removed the gel and now Taehyung and Jungkook were sitting side by side in front of the doctor.

"The baby is healthy, growing perfectly just according to his age. But Taehyung, you should care about yourself more. Take care of your health cause if you are healthy, the baby will obviously be healthy. Jungkook just make sure that he takes the vitamins and Iron tablets. "

The couple nodded. Jungkook had also protectively held his husband's hands

" so the gender? "

"Congratulations! You will be having a baby girl!"

Taehyung looked at Jungkook with the smile and saw the same smile reflecting on his husband's face.

After taking some health instructions from the doctor, the couple left.

(Not before, Jungkook silently asking the doctor if they (Taehyung and Jungkook😅) can have sex, to which the doctor replied they can, but they had to be careful. Taehyung was so not willing to ask the doctor such question, so he had decided "NO SEX FOR THE NEXT  MONTHS OF PREGNANCY", but Jungkook had to ask.)

The ride back home was so silent, yet so comfortable. Jungkook had his one hand on Taehyung's thigh while he was driving with the other. On the other hand, Taehyung was smiling while looking outside the window.

They spent the afternoon cuddling, watched a movie at night and slept in each others arms being so happy and content. They couldn't wait for the time when they'll finally have their baby girl in their arms.

2 weeks later:

Taehyung was now able to work so he was going to start working from today. The good thing was Taehyung's office had now shifted to the Jeon Corps building after the deal, so he'll be right next to his husband all the time, and that thought alone made him smile.

The couple reached the office together and after sharing a long, deep kiss in car, they decided to go in.

Taehyung saw some of the employees from his company and some new faces (which obviously belonged to the Jeon Corps). Some of the workers asked Taehyung about his health and why he was on a leave for almost a month.

So, the day was spent peacefully working until lunch.

At lunch time, Taehyung decided to have lunch together with his husband. So he left the confines of his office and made his way towards his husband's office.

He opened the door to his husband's office and surprisingly found it empty. He was still thinking about Jungkook's whereabouts when he heard someone clearing her throat.

He turned around to see his Husband's secretary, Miss Mina, standing there with a scowl on her face.

"May I ask Mr. Kim, what are you doing in Mr. Jeon's office when he's not in there?", she asked accusingly.

"Where is he?", Taehyung asked while trying to ignore her tone.

"That's none of your business. Did you think that after signing that deal with Jeon Corps, your company will beat ours? You think that I don't know how you made my boss sign that deal with your company? I've seen the way how you were clinging on to him during the day of the deal! "

Taehyung was just about to answer her when he saw Jungkook leaving the elevator, along with Lisa. Taehyung's blood was already boiling by hearing his husband's secretary accusing remarks and that sight of his husband with the girl who he despise, made him loose his temper.

(Blame his pregnancy hormones that added salt to injury!)

Jungkook however smiled when he saw his husband and hurried towards him.

Taehyung saw Jungkook approaching him with Lisa just behind him, he didn't had it in him to talk to them. So, he turned around and made his way towards his office, not seeing the way his husband just stopped walking and looked at his friend, Lisa, embarrassingly.
