His Husband

Two weeks passed by just like that; with Taehyung and Jungkook going to work, Taehyung feeling unwell almost all the time, Taehyung coming back home early cause he couldn't work anymore, Jungkook constantly telling Taehyung that they have to go to the hospital to get him checked, and Taehyung saying that he is fine, it's just he is not eating properly (he had been having weird food cravings) and thats why he has been feeling dizzy.

Present time:

Taehyung was in his office, going through some files. He was feeling so uncomfortable, but he had to get the work done. He had been going home early, so some of the work was still left of the project, on which his Company is currently working.

He had hardly checked two files, when he had a sudden urge to throw up, so he quickly ran to the bathroom that was attached to his office and threw up. He decided to call Jungkook, and thats what he did. Jungkook picked up the phone on the second bell.

Taehyung: Hello! Kookie, can you please come to my office?

Taehyung was on the verge of crying, and Jungkook sensed that.

Jungkook: Sure, baby. But is everything alright? Are you OK?

And that was it for Taehyung. He started crying on the phone call. Jungkook quickly grabbed his car keys and ran to his car, while still talking to Taehyung, trying to calm him down. Everyone in his office was shocked to see their cold CEO running while talking worriedly to someone. It was strange for them.

Jungkook reached Taehyung's work place and ran inside. But that same annoying Secretary of his husband stopped him on his way.

Rose: Hey! Where do you think you are going? Oh! It's you! The CEO who pretends to be my Boss's husband. I saw the look on my Boss' face last time, when you called him your husband, and he was definitely not happy. So, please stop annoying my boss, and get out of here.

Jungkook was so not in the mood of fighting with someone, and more precisely; his husband's secretary. Taehyung needs him right now.

Jungkook: Please, don't create a scene, miss Rose.

Rose was about to say something, but was interrupted by her boss.

Taehyung: Thank God Kookie! You're here!

With that, he ran and hugged his husband who hugged him back. Rose and all the other employees who saw the scene were left baffled.

Taehyung took Jungkook to his office and sat down on his lap while crying. Jungkook was already so worried about his husband, so he tried to calm him down by saying sweet words.

After a while, Taehyung calmed down. He looked up at his husband with his red cheeks and nose, and puffy eyes. Jungkook's world stopped right there, after seeing his husband.

Taehyung: Kookie! I don't know what's happening to me! I can't even sit in the office now!

Jungkook: We are going to the hospital right now! And I'm not taking 'No' for an answer.

With that Jungkook got up. He made Taehyung sit and relax on the couch while he collected and packed his husband's necessary items.

At the Hospital:

Taehyung and Jungkook were sitting side by side in front of the doctor, while Taehyung was explaining all of his symptoms.

After hearing all the symptoms, the doctor gave Taehyung the pregnancy kit and asked him to pee on it. Okay! The couple was not expecting this. Nonetheless, Taehyung took the kit and went to the bathroom. After a while, he came back and gave the stick to the doctor.

(just so you know, Male pregnancy is not rare in this fiction. Every one in ten males can get pregnant.)

The doctor told them to wait for a while. The couple was nervous about the result, cause they had never talked about (even thought about) having babies. Hell! They had just gotten together.

The doctor saw the stick after fifteen minutes and smiled after seeing the two red lines.

"Congratulations! Mr. Kim, you're pregnant!"

The reaction of both the boys was extremely opposite to each other. Jungkook was beyond happy. He couldn't describe the feeling. He was on cloud nine after hearing that he's going to be a father. He was sure he is going to cry, but he stopped himself from becoming so emotional right in front of the doctor, and also after seeing the expressions on his husband's face.

On the other hand, Taehyung seemed like his whole world had stopped moving. He could see his company, which his father built and worked so hard for it to get to the position it is in right now, dooming. The major project he just got in the annual meeting of CEOs getting rejected. All his sacrifices, which he made for his father's hardwork, going to waste. If he was going to get pregnant at the end, then he should have continued his literature study.

He didn't even hear the doctor telling him all the precautions, and he didn't even know when he laid down for the ultrasound. He just heard Doctor saying he's in his 4th week.
