Chapter XXII: Pixie Almost gets crowned queen/ Dec steals the wand

(Pixie has walked through the cathedral and is now kneeling infront of Jayne, who has the wand)

Jayne: Do you solemnly swear to govern the peoples of Auradon with justice and mercy as long as you shall reign?

Simon: Oh, grab the thing already!

Pixie: I do solemnly swear.

Jayne : Then it is my honor and my joy to bless our new queen.

(Dec grabs the wand)

Simon: Yes!

Amanda: Oh!

Chris : Yes!

Simon: Yeah! Oh!

Amanda: The barrier is broken! We're free!

(Simon walks up and grabs his sceptre)

Simon: Scepter! Now!

Jayne: Child, what are you doing?!

Dec: If you won't make me handsome, I'll do it myself! Bibbidi-bobbidi-boo!

Stephen: Take cover!

Holly: Careful, Danny!

(Danny grabs the wand off Dec)

Pixie: Danny, give me the wand.

Danny: Stand back.

Pixie: It's okay.

Danny: Pixie, I said stand back!

Ant: I told you so!

Tom: Let's go!

Dougie: Revenge time.

Pixie: You really want to do this?

Danny: We have no choice, Pixie! Our parents-

Pixie: Your parents made their choice! Now you make yours.

Danny: I think I want to be good.

Pixie: You are good.

Danny: How do you know that?

Pixie: Because... Because I'm listening to my heart.

Danny: I want to listen to my heart, too. And my heart is telling me that we are not our parents. I mean, stealing things doesn't make you happy. Tourney and victory pizza with the team makes you happy.

Danny: And you, scratching dude's belly makes you happy. Who would've thought? And Harry... You do not have to play dumb to get a girl.You are so smart. And I don't want to take over the world with evil. It doesn't make me happy. I want to go to school. And be with Pixie. Because Ben makes me really happy. Us being friends makes me really happy. Not destroying things. I choose good, you guys.

Dougie: I choose good, too.

Harry: I choose good.

Tom: So, just to be clear, we don't have to be worried about how really mad our parents will be? Because they're gonna be really, really mad.

Pixie: Your parents can't reach you here.

Tom: Okay, then. Good.

(The four of them laugh)
