1st POV

(Y/N)

Mitch is 8. You're 5.

"MITCHHHH! Can you play with me?" I whined as I shook his arm. 

"Soon (Y/N). I'm about to beat this boss." Mitch answered. 

"Okay." I said excitedly. 

I continued to play with my toys on the ground while Mitch played his game on the couch. Until I saw Speck enter the room. 

"Mitch, you're supposed to be playing with (Y/N)." Speck says angrily. 

"I will in a minute. I need to focus on this boss." Mitch said in a annoyed tone. 

"Once you defeat that boss you're playing with (Y/N). Got it?" Speck said. 

"Yeah whatever got it." Mitch answered. 

"So (Y/N), what are you playing?" Speck asked sitting down next to me. 

"Emma who's a warrior princess needs to fight the dragon." I answered. 

"Why does she need to fight the dragon?" 

"Cause the dragon took away her sister." 

"No, Prince Charming?"

"The sisters don't need a prince." As I continued playing. 

I continued to explain the story to Speck.

"DAMMIT!" Mitch yelled. 

"You lost didn't you?" Speck asked with a smirk.

"Shut up." Mitch answered. 

"Now, you're finished. You can play with (Y/N) now." Speck said while standing up. 

Mitch walked over to me and sat down. I was happy that Mitch was now gonna play with me. 

*Time skip*

Mitch is 14

(Y/N) is 11

I sat at my desk in my bedroom. Drawing myself as a warrior in my book. I could hear Mitch from the other room getting mad over a game probably. I continued to draw. I could hear footsteps making my way to my bedroom door. Mitch entered unexpectedly. 

"Mitch I've told you to knock. Why didn't you?" I asked closing my drawing book. 

"I can't be bothered to knock. You do it to me so you can't say much." Mitch answered. 

"No I don't." I argued back. 

"Yeah you do." Mitch fired back. 

"When was the last time I did it?" 

"Like last month. You came into my bedroom without knocking just to show me a drawing you did." Mitch explained.

"Fair enough but still you do it more than me. Plus I spent a lot of time on that drawing."

"Moving on. I just wanted you to know that." 

"Know what?" Indi asked. 

"ME AND THE OTHERS GOT INTO THE HINOBI SMASH TOURNAMENT!" Mitch yelled excitedly. 

"YOU GUYS DID?! THAT'S AWESOME!" I yelled back. 

"YEAH. The tournament will be held two weeks from now so I need to practise." Mitch said running out of my room. 

Hinobi Smash Tournament

I stood in the crowd while Mitch and the others got ready to play. I didn't care who would win. I just wanted to see Mitch and the others have fun. The crowd was filled with a bunch of fans cheering for different gamers. 

After the tournament

"THE WINNER IS MITCH WILLIAMS!" the announcer yelled over the microphone. 

The crowd and I cheered for enjoy as Mitch got the victory. Mitch took of his headset to see the crowd cheering his name. I saw a large ginger man walking up to him. He talked to Mitch for a bit then shook his hand. Mitch ran down to the others. I was already there waiting for him. 

"DUDE YOU WON!" Ruf yelled as he pulled him into a hug. 

We all pulled Mitch into a small group hug.

"What did that man say to you Mitch?" I asked.

"He told me I got a job working here. At Hinobi." Mitch said excitedly. 

"DUDE REALLY?!" we all yelled at the same time. 

"Yup." Mitch answered. 

"Awesome dude." Speck said. 

*Timeskip*

Mitch is 18 

(Y/N) is 15

Mitch and I lost connection. We didn't talk. He moved out and mainly focused on work. I was upset that I didn't get to see him a lot and so did my siblings. 

I drew more and more everyday. I wasn't really into gaming. I would game at least once or twice a month with Audrey, Speck and Ruf. I didn't bother text or call him. After our argument. We lost contact.

I was walking down the streets of Bailley just for some fresh air. A few cars drove past me including a Hinobi tech van. I continued to walk until I heard a loud bang. I turned the corner and saw a giant monster. 

"WHAT THE HECK IS THAT?" I yelled. 

I saw a Hinobi tech van and only one person hopped out. The person started to fight the monster. I kept myself hidden so the person couldn't see me. I was trying to figure out who it was but I couldn't. 

Until I knew it the monster was gone. I ran out of my hiding spot to thank the person who fought the monster. 

"OH GOODNESS THANK YOU FOR DEFEATING THAT THING!" I yelled. 

I realised the person I ran up to was my brother. Mitch. 

"MITCH?! WHAT THE HECK ARE YOU DOING?" I yelled. 

"Working? Why aren't you in your cave drawing or something?" Mitch answered. 

"But I thought you were working at the Hinobi store not fight monsters." 

"That is classified information." 

"Tell me Mitch. TELL ME NOW!" I demanded. 

"God this is why I focus on work more important than family. You and the others are so frustrating. This is why I moved out and stopped talking to you guys." 

"You think work is more important than family?" 

"Yup. Now if you excuse me I need to wipe your mind." Mitch said and he held his tech thing in front of me. 

"Mitch I-" I was cut off by a bright white light. 

"Stay out of my way (Y/N)." Mitch said as he walked off. 

I shook my head trying to think what just happened. 

"What am I doing here?" I asked myself.

I shrugged it off and walked home. 

I just wanted to make a short story. Hope you liked it. Sorry for the cliffhanger. Didn't know what else to write.
