"This is so freaking good!" says Amber, chewing. "You may give your thanks to our chef. She is quite talented in the culinary arts," giggles Eula. "Sure will!" says Amber, as she downs a glass of milk. The two chatter until 15 minutes later, a maid brings over two platters of food. She set down the sandwich in front of Amber and the pancakes for Eula. Both girls dig into their meal.
"Mmh! This ham tastes so different! Is this some kind of special ham, Eula?" questions Amber, mouth full of food. "Indeed. We procure the freshest ham available, compared to the ham usually served at the restaurants, which are already cured and cooked," smiles Eula, taking a piece of her own stack of pancakes. "Damn, you guys really go all for everything, huh? I've never experienced anything like this," chuckles Amber, embarrassed.
"Whilst my family may be strong believers in social standing indicating how we speak to those above and under us, I am not. Your status does not affect me, Amber. You can come in everyday and get this if you truly enjoy it that much. Let me do that much for you as your girlfriend," states Eula, a sparkle in her eyes. "... Mm, that is tempting, but I'm not giving you anything back!" exclaims Amber. "You dating me is more than enough. You have given me more happiness than anything, and I love you a lot. So don't worry," replies Eula, raises Amber's gloved hand and lightly kissing it.
"I-Uh, no worries!" giggles Amber. They spend the morning talking about ambitions and future ideas and such, until Eula brings up the prospect of Amber permanently moving into her home.
"Your home? Actually? Oh god, how much will I need to pay to stay here-" starts Amber, before Eula sighs and shushes her. "No, for free. I bought this home myself, and I don't pay a monthly rent. You can just stay here... and you may sleep in my bedroom," mutters Eula, turning pink at the last statement. "Holy hell! Thanks, Eula! That's super kind of you!" replies Amber, softly kissing her on the lips, before retreating. She winks at her before shouting, "I'll go back home and get my things!"
"Nice choice, Miss Eula," says Bertha, leaning on a wall and smirking. "God no," mutters Eula, before Bertha asks the highly - anticipated question. "So... did you do anything last night?" she asks curiously. "I assure you, we did nothing of the sort. Amber was just being... a bit fiesty to put it into words and the aim was to get her into pajamas before she declared that she'd much rather sleep in her underwear," chuckles Eula. "Well, you certainly seem much happier now that you've started dating her," comments Bertha. "I-Really?" questions Eula. "Yeah, don't you remember how you hated mornings but now you're actually okay with them because you get to sleep with your girlfriend. Furthermore, you get to spend more time with her and that's going to increase now that she's coming to stay here!" giggles Bertha. She full on cackles once she notices Eula's red face.
"Well, shouldn't we think of a little home warming present? I mean, Amber said she wanted nothing because this manor was more than enough, but a small little thing with be too bad, right?" ponders Eula. "What about new adventuring gear? I've seen those goggles of hers, and whilst they are cute, they are pretty worn out. Small but sweet," replies Bertha. Eula thanks Bertha for the suggestion and leaves, presumably to purchase a new pair of goggles.
Eula reaches Mondstadt General Goods in record time; and Marjorie is standing there. "Hey, Marjorie," smiles Eula. "Hey, Eula. What can I get for you today?" asks Marjorie. "By any chance, do you have Adventurer's Goggles in your store?" questions Eula. "By any chance, could this be for a certain brunette Outrider?" giggles Marjorie, rustling in a bag. "How did you know?" asks Eula, surprised.
"You guys are always together, and I heard from Sara too. Look after Amber, okay?" chides Marjorie, before handing her the goggles, placed in a little bag. "That'll be 15,000 Mora please," she adds, as Eula hands her a bag of Mora. Marjorie quickly checks, and shows a thumbs - up to Eula, who smiles before leaving.
She returns to her home, where Bertha and her other maids awaited. In the next week, Amber didn't make a single visit, but on the third day, she knocked on the door. "Eula!" she exclaims, her eyes sparkling at the sight of the Spindrift Knight she had so dearly missed. The two hug, before Eula glances at the things behind Amber. "Is this all you own?" she asks, gesturing at the two suitcases and the bag on Amber's back. "Yup! That one contains my clothes, and that one contains my Favonius gear. In my backpack is some snacks too, and my bow!" giggles Amber.
"Great. Lara, Bertha?" calls out Eula, as two maids scurry over. "Mind taking these away for us?" asks Eula. "Sure," replies Lara, picking up one of the bags before cursing. "For fuck's sake, what is in this thing?!" she exclaims. "My clothes! There's a lot of armour and stuff too, so that might be it," chuckles Amber. Bertha, upon hearing this, cautiously picks up Amber's bag, and sighs in relief when it was lightweight.
Once all of Amber's things have been moved to her room, Bertha does a thumbs-up to Eula, who then covers Amber's eyes.
"What is it, Eula? Got a little surprise for me?"" asks Amber. "If seeing your new bedroom is enough of a surprise, then yes?" replies Eula, chuckling as she leads the girl to her new room. Once they're there, Eula speaks again.
"You can open your eyes now."
Amber opens her eyes, before yelling. "Eula, what is this?!" shrieks Amber in shock, as she gazes at her new bedroom, decked out in shades of red.
