Before i knew it, Saturday had come and gone. George locked the door behind us and slung his arm around my shoulders as we walked home. "You should come out with us tonight Riles" Fred chirped from my right. "Eh.. I don't know." I replied, yawning through the last part of my words. "Come on, It's Jordan's birthday and we're headed into muggle territory." George spoke, his arm still hung on my shoulders. "Are you going?" I craned my head round to see Harli at Fred's other side. "Freddie asked me, but I'll do whatever you're doing." She smiled and I leant back up to look at George. "Maybe." I said, considering if i could spend a full night with two drunk Weasleys and an even more drunk Lee Jordan. "Ron and Harry are coming too." Fred said as we stopped outside the apartment. Three drunk Weasleys. "We'll swing by before we set off anyway so if you wanna come just get ready for 8." Fred smiled at me as Harli unlocked the door. I smiled back as they turned round to walk away. Fred took a few steps before turning back round, "Call Bill. Invite him too." He smiled again and gave a short wave before tackling George into a headlock and running away down the street.

I threw my bag down onto the kitchen table and stared at the phone. Harli smiled at me as she walked through to the sofa. "I was gonna call him anyway." I said, shrugging my shoulders. "Sure you were." She cooed back to me. I grabbed the phone and punched in his number, holding the receiver up to my ear. It rang three times before he picked up. "Bill Weasley" he said in quite a formal tone. "Hey Weasley" I said back, holding the phone down between my shoulder and ear. "Hey you, how are you?" I could hear him smiling as he spoke. "I'm alright, how are you?" I replied. "Good, I'm ok, long day." He sighed. "Oh, well" I cleared my throat, considering if he would want to come out if he was tired. "I'm glad you rang, I was gonna call by and see if you wanted to do anything tonight." He said, a hopeful tone to his voice. "Well actually I was calling to see if you wanted to go out tonight, the boys invited us to Lee's birthday." I said, crossing my fingers and anticipating his response. "That could be fun, what time are you all leaving?" He said. I smiled and replied "Thing one and two are getting here about 8." "Sounds great, see you then." He replied. "Bye Weasley." I said, hearing him say "See you Lupin." Before I hung up the phone.

I lay on Harli's bed for what seemed like hours as she tried on dress after dress, finally deciding on the blue mini dress she had tried on first. I opted for a pair of black trousers and an oversized blazer, casting a charm that would make the lapels stick to my chest so i didn't have to wear anything underneath. We did our makeup whilst chatting about anything and everything and were ready at about 7.45, at which time the twins had burst through the door, dressed in black suits and clearly already one or two drinks underway. They were followed in by Lee Jordan, who was wearing a royal purple suit with a comically large '21' badge on the lapel and a plastic crown with the words 'Birthday Boy' scrawled across it. Finally a sheepish looking Harry Potter and Ron Weasley trailed in, wearing similar suits to the twins, I assumed they had borrowed them from Fred and George. Fred wolf whistled at Harli as she walked out of her room, twirling as Lee clapped his hands together and cheered. Lee walked over to me and kissed my cheek and hugged me, "Looking lovely as ever Lupin." He grinned, "Oh what, this old thing?" I mocked as he twirled me under his arm and laughed. 

Harli poured all the boys a drink as I pushed myself up to sit on the counter. Harry pulled himself up next to me, "Alright?" He said as he crossed his legs. "Yeah not too bad, yourself?" I smiled back at him. "Good, yeah I'm good." He said, smiling awkwardly at me. The twins always told me i intimidated Harry, I was never sure why. We drank together until about 8.15 when there was a knock on the door. Fred jumped up and grabbed the door, cheering as he grabbed Bill's arm and pulled him into the apartment, reaching up and throwing his arm around his neck as Bill stooped down to let him. They'd clearly made up. I smiled and waved at Bill and he grinned back, making his way over to me and kissing my cheek. "You look amazing." He said, leaning his hip against the counter. I looked at his outfit, slim, black, tailored trousers, a shirt and tie, an emerald green blazer that was glinting under the light, and his hair pulled into a bun at the bottom of his head, a braid running through. "Not too bad yourself." I smiled and looked back up into his eyes. He looked down at my lips and back up to my eyes before leaning in closer. 

"Lets make a move, i got the table booked in 10 minutes!" Lee called out looking at his watch, Bill leant back away from me and smiled, taking my hands and helping me down from the counter. Harli and I slipped on our matching black heels and linked arms as we followed Lee out of the door. As we walked down the cobbles, Harli excited to tell me all about the muggle drinks she was going to try, we tried to keep up with Lee and the twins who had decided to race down to the bottom of the alley. Once we caught up, we split into pairs, me and Harli, Bill and Fred, George and Lee and Harry and Ron. Lee told us the destination, and we all apparated in our pairs to a snicket in central London. 

We followed Lee down the busy streets, making our way to a fancy restaurant where we were guided to a large table in the back. Lee ordered three bottles of champagne for the table as we took our seats. I sat in between Harli and Bill, opposite Ron and Harry who smiled as our waitress brought over the champagne. Lee stood, taking the bottle in his hand and shushing Fred and George. "Thank you all for coming tonight, and for braving muggle London with me. To a good night!" he spoke, popping the bottle open and pouring out glasses for us all while we cheered. We sat and ate, drank and chatted for about three hours, the food was amazing and the drinks were constantly flowing. I could feel the alcohol making my face fuzzy as I listened to Harli talking about wanting to throw me a birthday party next month. Finally Lee stood up once again and tapped his glass with his knife, "Ladies, Gentlemen and Non-Binary pals-" He said, winking at me, I smiled and raised my glass at him, "-now let me take you out to a favourite place of mine so finish up bitches!" He said, making us laugh before we finished our drinks and collected our things. 

Bill put his arm around my shoulders as we walked down the street, following Lee and hearing the thudding of music getting louder and louder as we approached a club on the street corner. He turned and gestured his arms out and the group cheered following him as he ran over, ignoring the queue to get in and speaking to the bouncers outside. We crossed the road and stood waiting for him to finish his conversation. The bouncer lifted the red rope and waved us all in, I turned to look at Bill and raised my eyebrows before heading into the club, pulling Bill's hand behind me. We walked through the doors and had our hands stamped with some UV ink, and another bouncer opened the door to the club, and we followed Lee through out into the smoke filled room, lasers flashing and the music pounding through my head. Harli grabbed my hand and pulled me straight to the dance floor, holding onto my hands as we swayed to the music. 

After a while I felt someone behind me, feeling them rest their chin on my head. I turned around to see Lee who passed me a drink, behind him were the rest of the boys. Harli grabbed Ron's hand and pulled him in to dance with her, Fred smirked and furrowed his eyebrows and sipped his drink. I scanned the faces around me until i saw Bill, smiling and pulling him over to me, tugging on his tie so I could kiss him. He wrapped his hand around my waist and pulled me closer to him as he pushed his lips into mine. I pushed my hand up into his hair as i kissed him back, pulling away and pecking his lips one more time, seeing the smile on his face before going back to dancing. We danced and drank for hours, Lee getting progressively drunker and drunker as the night went on. After the few hours went by I felt Bill's hand pull on mine and he guided me out a door at the side of the club. 

I leant against the brick wall outside, resting my head back and looking up at the night sky and flitting my eyes between the stars, slowly feeling the alcohol taking effect on me. I opened my mouth to talk but felt Bill place a cigarette between my lips and flicking his lighter on to light the end. I stood back up straight and took a drag from the cigarette, "Thanks." I smiled up at him. "Pleasure's mine." He smirked, lighting up his own. Before either of us could say another word, Harry and Ron burst through the door, Harry stumbling out into the smoking area."You two-" He started before hiccuping, "-are a very hot couple." He finished, leaning over and resting his hands on his thighs. "We're no-" "Than-." Both me and Bill started, but stopped as we heard the other talking. I cleared my throat, the both of us feeling awkward about saying opposite things. Harry sank to the floor and Ron sat next to him, the two of them talking in hushed voices. 

"Wanna get out of here?" Bill said, I grabbed his arm and looked at his watch, 2.30am. "Yeah, my feet hurt. Let's go say bye to the others." I smiled and walked back into the club to say goodbye to Harli and the others. After we found them, I told a very drunk Harli we were leaving and she kissed my cheek before shouting "Hang on!" and rifling through her bag, pulling out several condoms and shoving them into my hand. "Oh god, I- , alright." I said, widening my eyes and quickly stuffing them into my pocket, she winked at me and waved to Bill. I hugged Lee and George goodbye, gave Fred a wave and we headed out the front door, hiding round an alley before Bill pulled out his wand and grabbed my waist, apparating us away from the street.
