Snoe

Episode 3

Old man: "Oh, how can I help you two?"

?1: "We have a warrant to search your house. May we come in?"

Old man: "Yes, of course. I'm just an ordinary old man, the same as I've always been"

The police officers enter the house and begin to look around.

Officer 1: "We have been receiving anonymous notes that say you own an illegal black market business. Just a week ago, we caught footage of a van with a forged license plate parked outside your house. Just earlier, we saw a truck parked with it's back in your backyard"

Old man, thinking: "How did someone find out about me? I've been as careful as I could've possibly been"

Officer 2: "Hey, I found something. There's a door under the kitchen rug"

Snoe, thinking: "I'm saved!"

Old man, thinking: "Shit. I'm gonna have to kill them"

The old man pulls a hammer out of his pocket and bashes the head of the first officer. The second one, the one standing at the trapdoor, quickly pulls out his gun and points it at the old man.

Officer 2: "Drop the hammer and put your hands up! I will shoot if you do not!"

The old man runs to the officer with the hammer ready to hit him.

BANG

The officer shot the old man in his hammer holding arm. The old man falls on his back and yells from the pain. The officer opens the trapdoor and looks down to see Snoe on the ladder.

Officer 2: "Are you okay? Oh, you're Snoe! We just got a missing person's report on you earlier today"

He helps her climb out.

Snoe: "I've been hit in the head a couple times, both hard enough to knock me out, but other than that, I'm pretty good. It's kind of cold though"

Snoe hasn't had on a shirt since earlier when she took it off for Ripper. The officer takes off his jacket and puts it around her.

Officer 2: "This should keep you warm for now. Are there more people down there?"

Snoe: "No, I was the only one"

Officer 2: "Do you want to go to the station and tell me what happened?"

Snoe: "Yeah"

The officer calls in people to investigate the place. Officer 1 is dead. He also calls the station to tell them he found Snoe and that they will be there soon. The old man stands up and runs away.

Snoe: "He's running away!"

Officer 2: "I can't leave you here alone. I'll get someone to go after him. You never know who else might be after you. You can go wait in the car if you want, though, I'll be her for a minute or two. I just lost my partner"

Snoe walks to the cop car outside and sits in the passenger seat. She looks up and sees a picture of the two officers out of uniform and laughing together at a beach. She hears something move in the backseat. She can't move because she's too scared to. The cop gets in.

Snoe: "Is something in the backseat?"

Officer 2: "It's just my cat. I found him roaming the streets. I think I left my window open"

Snoe makes a sigh of relief. They head for the police station. When Snoe and the police officer pull up at the police station, Snoe sees her friend sitting outside talking with someone. Snoe's friend notices they're back. He stands up and runs to them, and the guy that was with him walks behind him.
