Snoe

Episode 4

Snoe covers her mouth. Mike is very disturbed. Chris worries for how they will react. Chris is used to things like this because he has been surrounded by the black market for most of his life.

Mike: "Someone.. was trying.. to eat you?"

Snoe: "People online have threatened to eat me before, but I never really thought about it that much. I never thought someone would come after me. I never thought about what I would do if someone actually came after me. I don't know what to do. I don't want to be eaten alive!"

Snoe is crying and scared for her life. Mike and Chris look at her with sympathy.

Mike: "You can come stay with me for a while, if that would make you feel safer"

Snoe: "I would, but-"

Mike: "No buts! You're staying with me. We need to have a sleepover anyway, since we haven't had one in a while. Now grab what you need and let's go back to my house"

Snoe stands back up and gets things from around the house. They walk with her because she doesn't feel safe walking alone around her house anymore. Once she has everything in the car, they drive back to Mike's house. Snoe is too scared to go back outside, so for the rest of the day they stay inside and watch movies. Near the end of a movie, late in the day, Chris gets a call.

Chris: "I'm sorry, I have to take this, it's work related. Continue the movie without me"

Mike: "But it's almost over. You won't be long, right?"

Chris: "I don't know how long this call will last, so don't wait for me. I'll be outside on the back porch"

Mike: "Okay"

Snoe yawns. They continue the movie as Chris walks out the back door. It's dark outside and the two are about to fall asleep. About twenty minutes later, they fall asleep. Later in the night, probably two or three in the morning, they wake up to the sound of Chris slamming the back door followed by the sound of someone banging and scratching on the door from outside. This worries Snoe and Mike extremely.

Snoe: "What the hell is that!?"

?: "I recognize that voice! She's in there! I know it!"

The banging stops and they hear a thud on the roof. Then a crash in the attic. Chris runs to Snoe. The ceiling breaks and a hyena jumps on Snoe. Before he can do anything to her, Chris rips the hyena off of her and throws him against the wall. Mike notices that Snoe is bleeding and tries to help her up, but she is frozen in fear. Snoe is horrified. The hyena stands back up and tries to jump back on Snoe, but Chris grabs him and pins him to the ground.

Chris: "Go!"

Mike: "But-"

Chris: "I don't care! GO!"

Mike picks up Snoe and carries her to the car. He lays her down in the backseat and they begin driving to the hospital. The hospital is several miles away. Mike is speeding.

Mike: "You'll be okay, okay! You will live!"

Mike is crying. Snoe's cuts are very deep and the blood is going everywhere. About a quarter of the way to the hospital, he stops the car next to the road and gets out to tie a towel from the backseat around her waist, where she was cut. He looks behind him, and down the road he sees the hyena chasing them and Chris chasing the hyena. The hyena is about a mile away from them and sprinting fast. Mike jumps back in the car and starts driving without putting on his seatbelt. A few miles later, they can't see the hyena anymore. A few more miles, and they reach the hospital. When they get there, Mike yells for help. He opens the door to the backseat and pulls Snoe out.
