Episode 16 (Finale)

Snoe runs around the bunker in search of Chris and William. All the halls are filled with dead workers and blood. Eventually, she runs into a worker that had not fought Chris. He is crouched down, looking at his dead co-workers. He sees Snoe, stands up, and prepares to fight. As Snoe gets ready, she feels her artificial heart get cold. She looks at the guy, then rushes toward him. She punches him at an extreme speed, slightly faster than her last fast punch. Her fist went straight through his throat, creating a hole in it. He is dead, hanging on her arm. She drops his body on the ground, lays it next to the person he was mourning, then continues her search for Chris. She finds Connor crawling on the ground; his legs are broken and there is still blood coming out of his shoulder.

Connor: "Snoe? Where are you going?"

Snoe: "I'm going to help Chris kill William"

Connor: "Okay, good luck"

Snoe hesitates for a second.

Snoe: "Do you need help?"

Connor: "I've lost too much blood already, I'll pass out and die before you could take me anywhere. Just promise me you'll kill him... Promise me"

Snoe: "I promise"

Connor: "..Thanks"

Snoe picks Connor up and holds him over her shoulder.

Snoe: "..But I'll get you help first"

Snoe runs with Connor on her back and takes him to Carlos and Aimee. She opens the door and when they see Connor, they both rush to him and set him on the table.

Snoe: "His legs are broken and he's still bleeding from when he got shot. Take care of him. I have to go"

Snoe is in the doorway and about to leave.

Connor: "Thanks.. Snoe"

She pauses, then sheds a tear.

Snoe: "Don't die, okay?"

She runs out of the room. She keeps running until she finds Chris and William fighting in the arena. Chris dodges and blocks everything William attacks with and it's the same for William. Each attack is strong enough to leave cracks on the floor and wall.

William: "You'll never kill me, no matter how hard you try!"

Chris: "We'll see about that"

Chris jumps up and kicks a piece of concrete off the wall, then kicks it at William as if he were playing soccer. It hits William and sticks rebar through his wing, pinning him against the wall. William rips his wing off and climbs on top the concrete. He looks around the room and sees Snoe. He smiles.

William: "Oh, hello"

He jumps down and sprints at Snoe. Chris comes behind him and grabs the wing he still has. He jerks William back and they continue to fight.

Chris: "Why are you here, Snoe?"

Snoe: "I'm here to help you kill him"

Chris: "It's not safe; he's more powerful than the last time I fought him"

Snoe: "I don't care! I'm gonna kill him, or die trying!"

William hits Chris in the face and it knocks him back a few steps. Chris was caught off guard and William takes advantage. He keeps hitting Chris, knocking him back until he eventually reaches the wall. William prepares a powerful punch. He throws it and Chris deflects it. William's punch hits the wall, and that causes a large part of the wall to fall down on top of them. Snoe takes a few steps back and looks through the dust cloud trying to find them. When the dust thins enough, she sees William holding Chris up by his neck.

William: "This is why an artificial body is better than a real one. I don't get tired or weak"

Snoe feels her heart get cold again. She focuses on William and launches herself up to the ceiling, then propels off of it at supernatural speed, punching William from above. He barely avoids getting hit in the head by slightly moving forward, and instead, his entire back has been destroyed. He lets go of Chris and both of them drop to the ground. Snoe's heart feels frozen. She touches her chest and can't feel a heartbeat.

Snoe: "What the fuck is happening to me?"

William: "If it's the fake heart, then you might die. That thing is only meant to be temporary"

Snoe falls on her butt.

Snoe: "It's so cold, I can't feel anything other than this cold feeling"

She falls to her back. It's hard for her to talk.

Snoe: "I.. I can't move"

She can barely hear someone running into the room. She sees Connor with prosthetic legs. He is crouched down in front of her and trying to talk to her, but she can't make out anything he's saying. Her vision is blacking out. She can't see or hear anything now. The only sense left for her is the cold feeling of her heart, until that goes away too.

Snoe wakes up in a bed in a place that looks like a log cabin. The air feels nice and cool. She sees Connor laying in a bed adjacent to hers. He's sleeping under a blanket. A window with light shining in from it catches her attention. She gets out of bed and looks out the window, and what she sees amazes her. Outside the window is a world full of green trees and blue skies. She's so happy, for a moment, that she sheds a tear. It makes her feel like everything has ended and she has nothing to worry about now, but she begins to worry that it may not be true. She walks to Connor and wakes him up. He opens his eyes and looks at her with a wide smile.

Connor: "You're okay"

Snoe: "What happened?"

He loses his smile and sits up. He pats the bed next to him, and she sits down.

Connor: "After you passed out, I ordered Chris to take you to Aimee. He picked you up, then he said he wanted to watch to make sure William died. I pulled my gun out and pointed it at William, then William said time would get fucked up if he died. I ignored what he said and shot him in the head. Instantly, everything went black. The next thing I know, I'm waking up in a forest with no one around me. I found you laying next to the same river I was laying next to about a fifteen minute walk down the river. I picked you up and carried you until I found this place. So far, I haven't seen anyone. This might be a vacation home or something"

Snoe: "Where is everyone else?"

Connor: "I don't know. I've been staying here until you woke up"

Snoe: "How long have I been asleep?"

Connor: "I woke up in the middle of the night two days ago, but who knows how long I was asleep for. You hungry?"

Snoe then realizes how hungry she feels.

Connor: "Even though your organs are robotic, you still need food. I'll go make something"

Snoe: "Thanks"

Connor: "No problem"

He stands up and walks out of the room. She walks to the window and looks out again, wondering where the others might be. She didn't notice this before, but she's on the second floor of the log cabin. Connor calls to her from downstairs.

Connor: "Snoe, food's ready!"

She walks out of the room and takes a look around. The log cabin looks really nice, like a rich person owned it. The floor on the second story is an indoor balcony. She can see Connor downstairs waiting for her at the dinner table. She walks down and sits at the table with Connor. On both of their plates is a sandwich. They eat their food.

As time goes on, they continue to live in that house. Every so often, they go on a search to see if they can find the others, but they are never successful. The owner of the log cabin never comes to the house. Snoe and Connor have three kids, two boys and one girl. Snoe names them after Chris, Jack, and Aimee so she can remember her past friends. Snoe and Connor live the rest of their lives happy in the forest.
