"Can I come over?" Luke asks me through the phone and I sigh.

"I'm exhausted from last night Luke." I whine.

"Please?" He asks again and I finally give in, not bothered to fight him.

"Fine." I mumble and close my eyes again, waiting for his response.

"Okay, I'll be there soon." He says and hangs up.

I hadn't seen him since last night since Sarah dropped me home this morning. She was nice but I don't think there's anything between us. Soon enough Luke comes knocking on my door and I have to get out of the warmth of my bed. I open the door and there he is, standing with a big smile on his face.

"Looking great this morning aren't we?" He chuckles and I glare at him.

"What do you want Luke?" I step aside so he can come inside my house.

"I don't know. It's Sunday and I'm bored so I came to you." He shrugs.

"So how did last night go?" I ask as I go back up to my room and he follows.

"Great. Tricia is so great at giving blowjobs. How did you and Sarah do?" He asks.

"Good I guess. Apart from the fact that right after we were done fucking Mia and this guy came knocking at our door." I cross my arms and lie on my bed.

"Oh that must have been awkward." He laughs and lies down next to me.

"Whatever. She's just a girl right?" I say and he looks like he's trying not to laugh.

"Keep telling yourself that Ashton." He shakes his head and turns my TV on.

Since I'm not in the mood to watch TV I decide to just turn away and try to catch up on the hours of sleep I missed.

The only thing I liked about Monday morning was that it meant English with Mia. I didn't know if it would be awkward after Saturday night but she didn't really seem to notice me, as usual. I was just lucky that we were assigned seats at the start of the year. For others that might be a bad thing but for me it was great.

"Can anyone give me a word to describe the character Trent?" My teacher asks and many hands are raised.

I was one of those students that didn't really contribute in class because I didn't care much for the book we were reading. As I've said before it was pretty boring. It was one of those typical clichés where there is a good girl who meets a bad boy and opposites attract.

Everyone already knew the second they picked up the book that they were gonna end up together.

"He's self-centred." A girl down the back that I hadn't bothered to learn the name of answered.

"Broken." Another boy that I had yet to learn the name of says.

"Loyal." Mia answers from next to me and I look to her.

"Great, could you explain to us how he is loyal Mia?" The teacher asks.

"He plays around with girls but he always goes back to Sophie." She states.

Well, I guess that sentence sounded a lot like me. Obviously she wasn't talking about me because she didn't even know my name, trust me, I couldn't even tell her my name if I tried.

"Thank you for that Mia." The teacher smiles as she gets on with class.

I find myself getting lost in fantasies about Mia. Not the kind of fantasies you would think. It's strange, sometimes I just daydream of what it would be like to date her. Weird, I know. I'd like to tell myself that every boy has done it but if I ask any other boy then they'd probably laugh at me.

I just like to imagine being able to call her my girl and threatening any guys that come near her. I hardly even know the girl and it's been seven years. I remember the first day I knew I liked her. It was kinda strange really. We were like twelve and we had just come back from summer break. We were in that weird stage of puberty where everyone suddenly started becoming hotter.

Before that she was the quiet girl who didn't talk much and wore cute little glasses. And she came back looking, well, at the time I thought she was hot, because I was just discovering how hot tits and butts were, but since she's gotten even hotter since then the kid version of her doesn't seem as good any more.

But even as a thirteen year old she was fucking gorgeous. While she came back from summer looking amazing I came back with a weird haircut and a cracking voice. At that point all the guys voices were breaking. Back in those days I didn't get that much lady attention.

My thoughts are interrupted by the bell ringing, signalling the end of class meaning I could leave.

"Time for gym." Luke grins at me.

We'd always loved gym. I mean, it was better than other classes I guess. And seeing Mia in the gym uniform was always nice. We walk into the boys changing rooms and I throw my t-shirt over my head.

"So what are you gonna do?" A voice is heard over at the door which I recognise to be Michael Clifford.

"I'm not sure. Maybe if I do something nice for her she'll take me back. What do girls like? Flowers and shit? Will she want to fuck me if I buy her something?" Jessie's voice is heard and I turn to Luke with wide eyes.

"I don't know. Maybe you should try texting her first." I hear Calum Hood's voice.

"I'm not sure if she would reply." Jessie shrugs, taking off his t-shirt to reveal his abs.

"I don't know man. Make up some cheesy apology." Michael says and I pull a new shirt over my head.

"Yeah I guess."

I quickly finish changing as does Luke and we rush outside and into the gym.

"So the rumours are true?" I question.

"I guess so." He bites the inside of his mouth.

"I don't even know if she will take him back." I furrow my eyebrows.

"Maybe not." He nods.

Just then Mia walks by us and I can't help but stare at how good her ass looks today.

"Don't stare." Luke smirks at me and I roll my eyes.

Once again this book is written in Ashton's POV and I am not a guy so I don't know what goes on inside their minds but obviously like any other guy he talks about how sexy girls look the same way girls talk about how sexy guys are. I believe in equality and I'm a feminist so if this book ever comes across as taking advantage of girls then just remember it's not meant to sound like that and if you looked inside any of the girls minds it would be pretty similar.

Sorry just needed to say that. Thank you for reading ily.
