I held my breath as the men came into the small forest.
The bigger meaner looking guy said in a gruff voice,"the leader wanted both of them dead. What do you say we blow this place up? She is probably hiding somewhere in here or we would see her. Then they will be dead."
I heard them grabbing things out of the briefcase, and then, "here's the deadliest explosive ever!" The deadliest explosive ever? Boy, I hope that's an exaggeration. If it wasn't, that could end up slightly deadly for Will and I.(just slightly deadly...)
Anyways, he said,"light it up and then we have to run really fast." Uh oh, my chances of survival just went from 0 to -3. I heard the unmistakable sound of somebody lighting an explosive, and then the men running as fast as they could.
"RUN!! RUN!!" His voice full of obvious panic. So of course Will chooses this time to wake up. I mean really?
"Maya, what-" then the bomb exploded.
