( a/n: this chapter has a major time skip so it's basically their wedding day!!)

Park Iseul's pov

It was finally the day! I am getting married to Prince Heeseung, I don't know why but while getting ready I was thinking about the things Ni-Ki said, and now I'm not sure if I should marry Prince Heeseung.... He seems nice, but then again, I know him for like what? A month??

I sighed

There's no point in backing out right now

Chaeyeon and Ae cha helped me get ready

My wedding dress was a long white gown   which was off shoulder and had a pretty design embroided on the outline, and my hair was  (styled the way you want it to be styled)

I was wearing a simple  necklace as an accessory and a pair of earrings

( Okay so y'all, honestly speaking idk how a bride gets ready, so please bare with me, and y'all are free to imagine the way she looks )

I was walking down the aisle with appa, and Heeseung was standing on the platform... He looked.... Handsome! Why did I never notice that he was so good looking? Like he looked so ethereal!

But.... He looked a bit nervous... I mean not like this marriage means anything for the both of us but then why did he still look so freaking nervous ?

" Please take care of my daughter"

Heeseung smiled

"I will"

" You may now kiss the bride"

He did not.

He kept his finger on my lips and then kissed his finger. He obviously did it in a way that nobody noticed

What is with this man?

Why is he so weird?

The wedding ended and they asked Heeseung and I to go in our " shared room" which was basically Heeseung's room

We went in there and it was quite awkward

" Prince Heeseung..."

"Yea? Are you not planning on going to bed Iseul ah?"

" I'll sleep on the couch"

He looked at me weirdly

" No... Sleep here"

" But it's your bed right? Shouldn't you sleep there?"

" I am sleeping here..."

Oh... Shoot! Does he want me to sleep in the same bed as him?

" Yea, so that is why I'm sleeping on the couch.."

" Shut up and sleep" he said while playfully rolling his eyes

I just nodded and went to bed with him while secretly making sure that there's space between us

" Don't worry I won't try anything!!"

I flushed red... This is so freaking awkward

I nodded and tried sleeping

Ugh!!! Why can't I fall asleep?!

I slightly turned around to check if  Heeseung fell asleep

That man was fast asleep!!

Should I call his name to check?

" Iseul why are you staring at me?"

Shoot! Wth? He's awake?!!

" I can't fall asleep...."

He smirked!

" That does not mean you can just stare at me for the whole night"

I flushed red... AGAIN!!
