Chapter-3-Sit down beanstalk

Flo successfully annoyed Wyatt. But she had more to celebrate than just annoying Wyatt there were still two bumbling idiots looking for Rai. Just thinking about it made her giggle.

She stared at the door waiting for them to barge in. Rai noticed Flo staring and asked ,"what happened? What's there?". Rai was trying to locate where Flo's attention was.

Flo could hear fast paced footsteps getting louder and louder. She smirked, "I got us strawberry milk. And it should arrive in about... NOW" as she shouted the door opened.

There at the entrance stood two guys one of them panting heavily. It was Hugo and Nolan who were back from their search for Rai. Even though they weren't successful in finding Rai they did buy the milk.

The both of them were glaring at Flo. To which she returned a smile. She got up from her seat and Nolan marched up to her. Before he could open his mouth Flo took the milk from his hand and said sadly,"this isn't the brand I like, but it will do".

She walked to Hugo and took the milk from his hand and threw it to Rai, " and this one's for you, also..", she turned to Hugo and pat his shoulder,"keep the change bud".

She walked back to her seat in slow motion. From somewhere wind was blasting making her hair flow she ruffled her hair, winked at a group of girls, making them swoon... As she sat on the chair elegantly crossed her legs her like the queen she was and.. and yeah, none of this happened.

But it did in Flo's head. She started laughing (more like cackling). She was laughing so much her eyes started tearing up. "You can stop laughing now", said an annoyed Hugo. But she didn't instead she laughed even harder.

"It's not that funny", Nolan added. Flo covered her mouth not able to contain herself. Rai and Wyatt looked confused, "what's with her?", Wyatt asked. Hugo turned bright pink. Nolan opened his mouth but Hugo covered it and looked straight at him and shook his head. Nolan stepped down.

"What happened too embarassed to say something?", Flo snickered. Wyatt and Rai both looked confused seeing that Flo told them what happened and Wyatt joined Flo's laughter.

Hugo looked like a ripe tomato and Nolan wasn't good at hiding his embarassment either.

The boys were spared by the bell. Classes began and the fun was over. They all got seated.

Flo was feeling a lot better even though her naps were disturbed several times. She could atleast focus on class and that's more than enough.

Now all she had to worry about is lunch. She didn't have a proper meal in the morning- her biggest regret. Atleast she got milk she could drink. She looked at the milk and smiled with satisfaction.

It was lunch break and Flo couldn't be more happier, as soon as the bell rung she fled to the cafeteria with Rai.

The only good thing about this far away expensive school was the food. Flo quickly marked her spot in the best part of the cafeteria.

She then went to get the food. It was a normal lunch - soup, rice and chicken and fruits. It's not that amazing for a school like her's. But where the money lies is  dessert.

And today was Flo's favourite dessert
It was the Dalry's dense and decadent chocolate cake. Flo would argue saying that it's the best choclate cake in the world.

She went to the tray with the cake slices and picked the biggest and creamiest piece of the tray. Happy with herself she sat next to Rai who had already begun eating (someone was taking too long picking a slice).

Flo ate heartily relishing every bite of her lunch. Rai seeing Flo gobble her food smiled,"It seems to be to your taste", Flo nodded her cheeks full. She reminded Rai of a chipmunk.

"Did you not eat today?", Rai asked. Flo swallowed a little food,"I did but I was late so I didn't get to eat anything properly", she sadly explained.

"Oh, here you are Rai and I see the ravenous beast started her meal", a voice came from somewhere close to them. To Flo's dismay it were the three lovestruck fools. It was Wyatt who spoke.

Flo turned back to Rai her mouth once again half full ,"staying here will only bring bad news we flee now or suffer forever".

The three of them glared. "Haha.. so funny", Hugo told with obvious sarcasm. "But I wasn't joking", Flo said dismayed.

"Yeah whatever", Nolan said and they proceeded to seat themselves close to Rai. As Nolan sat down he eyed Flo's cake, "Ooo.. cake. I'll take that. You'll be fine without it Florence." "WAIT NOLAN, NOO...", the others shouted at him but before anyone could stop him he took a huge bite.

Everyone stared at him. Flo was speechless. "It's good", Nolan said taking another bite clearly oblivious to everyone's staring.

Flo dropped her spoon and slammed the desk. Nolan looked at her in shock. She was tearing up.

Now he was freaking out. "Wha-what happened?", Nolan asked anxiously. Wyatt pulled Nolan close and whispered,"you ate her cake you idiot. Nobody eats Florence's chocolate cake. Rumours say the last person who are her cake never ate chocolate cake again".

"Nolan Young, what were you thinking?", Flo asked crazed with anger. "Wha-what was I thinking?", Nolan muttered scared looking around trying to remember what made him do such a heinous crime.

But he thought for a second wait why am I sacred of this girl? She definitely can't beat me. But then again why do I feel like she can? No, I can't get scared.

He mustered the courage and rose from his seat. "Sit down beanstalk", Flo commanded. "Ok", Nolan immediately complied.

Then started Flo's interrogation,"was it your cake?". Nolan vigorously shook his head. "Then why did you eat it?", She reached for his collar but stopped midway.

I mustn't let my anger get the best of me. She sat down,"do you want to be spared?". He nodded without realising.

Flo turned sinister,"Ok, you have two options. Either You. Me. After school outside of school gates. That'll be enough for you to learn not to touch what isn't yours or..." Flo stated.

"Or what?!!", Nolan asked desperately. Flo became calmer"or, you get me two slices of cake and it'll be fine."

"What I'm not gonna search for two slices of cake when the lunch break is almost over!!", he exclaimed.

Flo smiled as to say so be it. Hugo and Wyatt sat on either side of Nolan and patted him. "You were an ok friend to have", Wyatt said acting sorrowful.

Nolan was confused and he turned to Hugo. Hugo smiled sadly,"I hope it ends quick for you".

He was shell-shocked by their reactions so he turned to Rai to get some hope. But she too looked away in dismay.

He got up and saw that the tray was empty. So he walked to a table with girls who were more than happy to see Nolan at their table. He stuttered,"d-do you mind? P-please say you don't", he pointed at the two pieces of untouched cakes.

The girls squealed with happiness. They looked like they would be ready to give their lives if he asked.

Nolan thanked the girls and took the cakes to Flo and she nodded in acceptance. He let out sigh of relief.

After eating the two slices of cake. Flo decided to go to the restroom before she entered class.

"I'll meet you in class", Flo told Rai,"and you three",she looked at the boys who were following Rai closely,"let her breathe".

She went to the restroom as she was leaving she heard some voices. Flo was gonna ignore them but..

"... she's obviously doing it for attention. You think Rai always act like that." "She's probably that boy crazy kind of girl, I mean hogging three of the most popular guys in school" "And they all follow her like dogs." "Are they blind to like such a meek mouse?" "She definitely manipulates them." "She's such a player."

"I bet she's only friends with Florence to make herself look good".
