I rewrote half of this chapter because I didn't like it much. So I am posting it again. Ye

Flo woke up on time the next day making her a lot more early than yesterday. She had a better breakfast than the day before. She was excited to see Tina again. It had been so long(only a day but one day is pretty long) since she'd seen her.
Flo waited outside for her ride to come. She was contemplating whether she should bring up Tina's transfer. Ughhhhh... So frustrating.
Honk! Honk!
Flo's thoughts were interrupted, "Florence, I've been calling you for quite a while. Get in silly", Tina said smiling. Flo smiled back and entered.
"So who's the boy making you space out like that", she said smirking. Flo rolled her eyes," it's not a boy but talking about boys see what Hugo sent me. I don't know if I'm getting the wrong message here?".
She showed Tina the message. Tina started the car," hmm.. does seem like it's giving off 'blackmail' vibes. Isn't Hugo that nerd who is only good at studies and had nothing good about him?".
Flo laughed, "did I describe him like that before?". Tina shrugged, "you won't have to worry about him. You could take him out in a fight. So what is it that you were thinking so hard about that you couldn't hear me calling you?"
Flo looked upset and said, "Aunt Lucy came for dinner last night. It was horrible".
Tina glanced at Flo, "I always hated that lady. She used to visit the company sometimes. I used to be an intern at the time. She hated everyone. I was no exception. She's also such a bore to listen to. I mean can you not have a conversation that doesn't include money and status?".
Flo chuckled. Tina smiled seeing Flo laugh, "if her brother didn't pay her I would have already punched her by now". That made Flo laugh more.
"What you don't think I would do it?", Tina smirked. Flo shook her head, "I was just imagining what her reaction to being punched would look like".
Tina was happy with herself, lightening Flo's mood was easy if done right. Though Flo did feel better about the Aunt Lucy situation she still had an underlying problem Tina leaving.
But how was Flo going to bring it up without actually mentioning it? She wanted to see if Tina would bring it up herself. But she was feeling impatient.
But then Flo got an idea. She turned to Tina, "hey Tina what do you think about going to the new cafe that opened recently next Monday?".
Tina jerked the car a little. She glanced at Flo again, "if that's what you want. Then sure". Flo was confused, "you aren't busy right?".
Tina replied with a smile, "no". Was father lying to me? Flo scratched her head in confusion. "Why did you want me to be busy?", Tina chuckled. Flo nervously smiled, "No that's not what I meant".
There was an air of awkward silence for the rest of the ride. Though Tina tried making a little conversation Flo didn't help keep it going. Once they reached the school before Flo got out Tina stopped her, "you good? you were quiet for most of the ride". Flo gave a fake toothy smile, "nothing really. I guess I feel a little down from last night's dinner".
"Ok...", Tina said still looking unsure. Once Flo got out and closed the door behind her she could hear a faint slump. She peeked and saw Tina, she had her head lightly on the car steering wheel.
Flo had a faint assumption of what that meant. She felt a little needle pierce her heart. Maybe she didn't say anything because she knew I was still upset about Aunt Lucy. I hope that's what it was.
