Tim woke up in the last place he would expect. The abandoned house in the woods. It had probably been a year or more since he had woken up here.
"Fuck," Tim muttered to himself. This could only be a bad sign.
Tim forced himself to stand up and look around. At least this time his leg wasn't broken. On the ground nearby was a backpack. Tim lifted it up, hoping to find his phone, or maybe his pills, both of which he found, along with a familiar mask.
"Shit, I need to call-"
Tim cut himself off. Who would he call? The only people that would have any idea what he was talking about were all dead.Seeing no other option, Tim took a few of the familiar pills and put on the bag, making his way out of the house.
Just as he was heading out, on a table, sat a video camera. It looked new, digital instead of the tape cameras from before. Tim picked it up and looked at it.
"This is probably a bad sign."Not seeing a better use for the camera at this moment, Tim put it in his bag and walked out without a second thought.
(Later that night)
Tim had plugged the camera into his laptop. He had been a little perturbed to see that he had apparently been out of it for three days.
The camera only had one video saved on it. Most of it was distorted, which, in Tim's mind, was a very bad sign. What he could make out was and image of three figures standing in front of the camera, which seemed to have fallen on the ground.
One of them, just guessing based on the shoes he could see, was definitely Tim. The others he wasn't sure of.
