Chapter 35: Part-time jobs

Kazuha's POV.

As everyone was still focused on what happened with Yotsuba and Fuutarou, I clapped my hands to gather everyone's attention.

Kazuha: Okay! Out with it! What do you want to do?

As Fuutarou was still shocked by Yotsuba's "payment" or some sorts.

Fuutarou: Was that, a payment?

Everyone sat gathered in the kotatsu and Itsuki discussed that they don't have any means to compensate Fuutarou, Akane and Me for tutoring them.

Fuutarou: Oh, you could've said so.

Kazuha: You guys helping us around in the house, is more than enough for the compensation.

Kazuha: And we're doing it because we want to.

Fuutarou: That's right. Well, you're already paying Kazuha and Akane already.

Fuutarou: You also don't have to worry about paying me as well.

Itsuki: Uesugi-kun.

Fuutarou: You can just give me a cut when you make it big.

Nakano Quintuplets: Eh?

Kazuha: *facepalms*

Kazuha: Ah, right. I forgot about that thing about him.

Fuutarou: But I want it in writing! Five thousand yen per person every single day of tutoring!

Fuutarou: And I WILL collect, right down to the last yen!

Kazuha: You're sounding like a loan shark in there, Fuutarou.

I deadpanned looked at him as I eat a slice of the cake.

Nino: Right, that's how he is.

Kazuha: Always has been.

Fuutarou: And all five of you are here right now. Let's get cracking on the winter homework!

Kazuha: Ah, regarding their homeworks.

Fuutarou: What is it?

I nod at the quintuplets.

Miku: Fuutarou.

Nino: You underestimated us.

They put their homework on the kotatsu.

Nino: We've already finished it a long time ago.

Fuutarou: O-Oh..........

Yotsuba: Well, with two of our tutors here, which is Kazuha-san and Akane-san, we were able to finish them two days after Christmas!

Fuutarou: Oh......I forgot the fact that you guys are living with Kazuha and Akane now.

Kazuha: Haha. Well, I've been doing my homework in my own room when Nino knocked on my door and asked for help.
