Dream and Sapnap ran up to him with worry "George, are you alright?" Dream seemed to forget that George had insulted him that very same days morning.

"Ow, yeah, I'm just stupid." He tried standing up with the support of Dream and Sapnaps hands. Nothing seemed broken, only a small pain in the ankle.

"Does anything hurt?" Sapnap asked looking at his forehead. "Um, just my ankle a bit, and i hit my forehead, but nothing seems to be broken." George looked down at his legs. None of them seemed to be facing the wrong direction.

"George do you really not feel you forehead bleeding?" Dream asked looking at his forehead, like Sapnap. George put his fingers on the hurting spot and as he lowered them down, they were covered in red stains.

Dream softly took him by his arm and led him up the stairs. The pain while stepping up the stairs was so gashing. He safely stepped on the loud step and sighed. Sapnap followed them. They turned left, instead of right, towards Dreams room.

George hadn't been in Dreams room yet. They walked up to the door, Dream opened it, carefully dragged George in and shut it in Sapnap's face, not allowing him to enter.

Dream walked over to a cabinet and got a big box out. It wasn't transparent, so George didn't know what the contents of it could be, but it's probably just medicine or something like that.

Dreams room looked really cool. It was also very messy, clothes lying on the ground everywhere. There was a PC, something George really wished he had. And he had a phone. Also something George was really missing.

He was guessing Sapnap had like phone times and always being watched what it is he's doing on it. The room was filled with the loud sounds of all the stuff in the box being moved around. Few awkward moments later, Dream had found what he needed, or at least it looked like it.

Dream walked towards George, not even looking at him, just looking at what he was holding. A bottle of some kind of liquid, cotton pads, that he had seen being used only for makeup removing, and a big plaster.

Dream finally looked at him with more sad than worried eyes. He pressed his lips in a thin line and watched George. Dream put his palm on the side of Georges forehead that didn't have as much blood, and he pushed his head back, so Georges gaze would be upon the ceiling.

"Okay, get ready." Why would he need to get ready. Dream unscrewed the little bottle and poured a few drops on Georges wound. "Ow, what the fu-" he quickly stopped himself and just groaned in pain.

Dream got some more of the burning liquid on there and then he started wiping it all off with a cotton pad. Georges eyebrows were as furrowed as they could get.

"I'm gonna have to do another round, just to be sure that there's nothing bad left in there." He was disinfecting the cut. Well, obviously, but another round of this torture seemed really not needed.

He did it again, George felt insignificantly less pain this time. Soon Dream was done and he picked up the plaster. It seemed slightly too big for George's forehead, but he'll live trough losing a small part of his eyebrow.

Dream significantly softly pressed the sticker on and put his palm on it and just held it there. George looked up after some suspicious seconds of silence and no movement. Dream was just watching him, with sadness full eyes, but a small smile he did have.

"And I think you're done." Dream stepped backwards. George stood up and immediately fell back down from, now the tremendous pain he had gained in his ankle.

"Oow." He slowly groaned and cupped his ankle. It had turned a slight blue color in a spot. "It's definitely broken, George." Dream watched him now with a somewhat happier facial expression.

He came back up to George and kneeled in front of him. Not to propose to him, but to look at his ankle. He pressed a few spots, and George jumping while he added pressure to a certain spot, told him enough.

"Yep, a crack at least there definitely is." Dream looked up at George who had slightly red circles around his eyes. "Are you crying?" Dream furrowed his eyebrows and grinned.

"You just pressed it so hard, it hurt." They both laughed. George's laugh was more of a nervous giggle, while Dreams was just a simple chuckle.

"I'm going to go to a store tomorrow, and try to find a cast I can put on myself." George didn't even realize that it was an amazing plan, to get into a hospital, and boom, he has escaped. But Dream was smarter of course.

"So, I'm going to carry you to your room and Sapnap will bring you your food, that will be cold by now probably." Dream carrying George? That sounds... cool.

Dream walked up to George and George started panicking. Dream put one of his hands under George's thighs and other on George's lower back, but then he slid it more upwards. He picked George up, bridal style, and carried him out.

Sapnap was in the hallway, waiting. "Are you alright?" "Broken ankle." Dream responded, before George could even think. "Bring his food up to his room." Dream casually commanded Sapnap, without any magic words.

Dream sat George down on his bed and tucked him under his blanket. "I can get underneath a blanket myself." George said watching as Dream continued trying to do something completely weird.

Sapnap brought the food and watched Dream awkwardly just setting him under the blanket like a little kid. Dream was done, and George fixed up to be more comfortable.

Dream looked at Sapnap and he knew his cue to bring him the plate. Dream put it in George's lap and watched him be all tucked away in awe. Dream headed for the door and left Sapnap alone with George.

"So fucking lucky, I just got thrown over his shoulder when my knee hurt once." Sapnap scoffed and rolled his eyes playfully. They both chuckled quietly.

"I've never been in Dreams room, you know. You're special." Sapnap said jokingly, even though he knew that it was true, and George will always be more loved by Dream.

He didn't mind though.
