It was late, the bar worked only till 1 am, so they hung out for a few more minutes and went off into the world. They couldn't drive home, hadn't even thought of that.
Going to have to sleep in the car or get a hotel, or something.
"Fuck, didn't even think of that, but none of us would've given up the right to drink anyways." Dream was sitting on the ground besides his car. Sapnap and George were just awkwardly standing next to each other.
"Hotel, right? We can't fit three grown men in this stupid car." Dream stood up and went over to them. He watched the car in disappointment.
"Are there any hotels near here?" George asked looking at the other two "Yes, there are hotels everywhere in Orlando." Dream responded and got his stuff from the car he might need.
George was tired, it felt like too much work to find a hotel, get to it, get a room, if they would even do that. Three drunk men could seem like slightly too much for a hotel.
In the end, they got home with a buss. It didn't go to anywhere near his house, so it was quite the walk. The three didn't really talk much, but conversations did appear once in a while.
The house came in view, and somehow George almost said "How I've missed this place." He didn't say it, but it hovered over his lips for a second.
He wasn't that drunk anymore, but still he couldn't think of why he was ever as scared of Dream as he was. And even if the fear comes back, he could keep the thing going and maybe he'd be safe from Dreams anger bursts.
They walked inside. George loved to be finally back. And the thought definitely creeped him out. "I'm going to sleep, my head already hurts." Dream started walking up the stairs. Sapnap and George didn't follow for some reason and just stayed back.
"This evening was fun, to be honest." Sapnap said smiling, eyes slowly falling closed. "Yeah, but now we should go to sleep." George patted Sapnap's shoulder.
He got in his dear bed, it felt like ages since he was there last. As soon as he closed his eyes, his mind shut down.
And just like that he also woke up. Looks very bright outside, this has to be the middle of the day. In October the mornings are already starting to get darker every day.
He stood up out of his bed. Then the pain struck in, paralyzing his whole body and making George fall to the ground on his knees. Quickly - his fingers went up to his head and held it firmly.
He was drunk last night, he was outside last night, he kissed Dream last night. Woah.
His brain was too clouded to fully understand how important the events of yesterday were.
But all he could think of in this moment were water and aspirin. He slid out of his room, only caring of numbing the pain. Quickly pacing up to Dreams room, he turned his ear to the door.
George could hear noises, Tiktok noises, so Dream is in there. The pain was immaculate, but still his fist slightly shook from the anxiety of starting up a conversation like that.
He just did it, closing his eyes and feeling stressed out. Dream walked up to the door and slightly opened it. Georges eyes went straight to how peaceful and messy Dream looked.
His hair was going in all possible directions, but still managing to look cute. His eyes were still slightly closed from recently waking up. George didn't like how much he was enjoying the view.
"Good morning!" Dreams voice was so raspy, he probably woke up just a few minutes ago. "Hey, sorry, do you have aspirin?" George looked past Dream, into the messy void of his room.
Dream smiled and went back in his room, letting the door slowly open up more and more. But just as soon he came back. "I had a headache, too." Dream said almost playfully, like it's funny how they have matching pains. But it would be more weird if they were completely fine after all the drinks of last night.
George got the aspirin and awkwardly walked away. He survived.
George had the awesome idea of eating something. Breakfast was yelling his name from downstairs, so that's where he went. Straight into the kitchen too.
He looked around at first, for ten whole minutes, and then realized that he's going to have to make something professionally. Not a single little snack.
Cooking in the morning is like murder. Quite impossible to truly get together everything perfectly. Mostly because he's not a cook, but then down the stairs came a professional. He felt lucky, somehow.
George was praying for Dream to offer making food for him. That would be so perfect. "Have you not found anything to eat yet?" Dream was talking so quietly and softly this morning, like he would be talking to Patches.
"No." George said sadly, trying to charm Dream into doing that for him. "I already know you want me to make you something." Dream walked up to George, towering over him as soon as he was in the kitchen.
George looked away and slowly nodded. Dream knows him too well. "Then I'll do that." He walked past George and opened the fridge. "I'll go to the store today, get you some more crisps." He said out the word mockingly. Why does every American have problems with British slang.
"You're bullying me." George huffed and leaned back against the counter. Dream glanced at him smiling. "Sorry, Georgie." Now George noticed it. The flirtatious tone in Dreams voice. Or maybe it's just his morning voice, or tired voice. Who knows what's up with Dream once again.
"What do you want? To eat." Dream was going trough everything in the fridge. They were really out of food again. "Anything, you can choose for me." Saying that, George started walking to the couch.
Dream as the simp that he is, made a full meal for all three of them. Sapnap was probably still sleeping, so that portion was still left on the pan, to keep warm.
Dream sat down on the couch next to George, gave him the dish and they smiled at each other. This is what he expected coming here.
And now he has got it.
They started eating.
