Chapter 5: The First Call

Every bone in my body just froze. I had Harry’s phone, and he has mine. What if my parents called? Or (Y/B/N)? How am I supposed to explain why a guy answered my phone when it’s supposed to be with me all the time? Worst thing that came in to my mind was that Harry Styles would probably be reading all my messages, everything  about how I loved One Direction and how’d die if I met them. This isn’t happening I said to myself. Just then Lou let out a high pitched scream. “SHHHH! What did you scream for?” I say shocked. “This is Harry Style’s phone!” she said smiling widely, unlocking it. “Yea, I think we clarified that already” I say mildly as I snatched it away from her. “Do you have ANY idea what we could do we that?” she says as her eyes grew wide. “(Y/N) we’d have access to every single celebrities numbers!” “Ohhh! Let’s check if he saved Zac Efron’s number!” she said as she made a gesture to take the phone out of my hands. I moved away keeping the phone out of her reach. “I don’t think that’s a good idea Lou, this is somebody else’s phone..we can’t just go looking through all their contacts and messages!” I say frowning. “But! It’s not just anyone’s phone! IT’S HARRY STYLES!” she cries as she made another attempt to get the phone out of my grasp.  I managed to move away before she could grab the phone from my hands. I gave her the look. She moved back. “Okay fine, I guess Zac will never be able to meet his future wife” Lou sighed. I chuckled, “I think he can live with that” I said as I patted her head playfully. “Oh..my..GOD!” Lou screamed suddenly. “What?” I asked. “(Y/N)! I just remembered I’m supposed to meet Brian in an hour!” she cried as we turned out of the airport. “Oh! Lou! Then you should go ahead” I said. “Are..you sure (Y/N)? I was supposed to spend the day with you!” she said as we stopped at a traffic light. “You promised a date with Brian so you have to keep to it, I can just relax at home for a while and recover from my jetlag” I suggested. “Really? Naww! You are the best niece I ever had!” she smiled as she turned in her driver’s seat and hugged me. “I’m your ONLY niece” I said as I hugged her back. “GREEN LIGHT! GREEN LIGHT!” I shouted.  Lou quickly turned back around and drove. We both laughed.

We turned into Lou’s house, Lou had gotten out of the car to get my bag. As I shut the car door. I felt Harry’s phone to began to vibrate.  I looked at the number on the display. It was mine! I quickly answered the phone. “Hello?” he said as I answered the phone. Even his voice sounded like heaven on the phone. “Hi” I replied. “I’m not sure if you remember me-“ he stopped for a while. “Of course she remembers you!” I heard someone shout from Harry’s line. “Shut it Louis!” I heard him say. I giggled a bit. “Of course” I said. Lou came up to me asking who that was. I mouthed the word “Harry” and she let out a small scream. He chuckled. “I guess you found out who I am”. “Yea” I smiled and began to blush slightly. “So..erm..do you want to meet up?” his last few words sounded like he was nervous. “Wha-?” I say smiling a bit widely Lou trying to hear in to the conversation. “*coughs* I mean to switch our phones back” he replied.  “Stop it Lou!” I cried, slightly irritated. “Sorry?” he laughed. “Oh! Not your Lou I was talking to my aunt Lou” I said giggling. “No wonder” he chuckled. “So how about it?” he asked. “Me? Meet you?” I asked slightly excited. He sniggered “Of course silly! Or I could send my bodyguard-“ “No no no” I cried. He laughed.  I chuckled. “Where should we meet?” I ask nervously.  “Hmm..do you know the Starbucks down at Central Avenue?” he asked. “Actually..it’s my first time here in LA..so I actually don’t really know-“ I looked at Lou who was trying to get my attention. She mouthed and using her fingers said she would drop me off. “On second thought, my aunt said she’s drop me off ” I quickly said. “Great!” he chuckled. “See you at 5” he replied and hanged up. Lou came up to me and we both held hand as we screamed and jumped up and down.  “What am I going to wear?” I asked Lou. “Don’t worry, I got you covered” she said as she dragged me into her house. “I told you fate would bring you two together” as she shut the door.
