Chapter 12: The One Direction
Harry’s P.O.V
The boys and I were sitting down in the lounge just resting up for the day. “Please don’t embarrass me” I say. The boys gasped. “How could WE ever embarrass our Harry?” Louis piped. I chuckled. “Don’t worry Harreh, we’ll be as normal as we can” Zayn said. “Unfortunately, One Direction’s version of ‘normal’ isn’t what other people think ‘normal’ is” I said as I rolled my eyes. “Well, the kid has got that one right” Niall chuckled. I smiled, I felt my phone vibrate in my pocket. I quickly whipped it out, it was a tweet notification. @(Y/U/N): All these thoughts going through my mind, make me feel dizzy :/ @(Y/B/U) Thanks for picking this out for me <3 :3 #ootd. I couldn’t help the smile that appeared across my face. She’s so beautiful. Louis snatched the phone away from my hand. “Wow, this chick is something!” Louis chuckled, I made a grab back for my phone he passed the phone to Liam. “Wow Harry! This girl..she’s a total babe” Liam grinned as he passed the phone to Zayn. “I agree” Zayn nodded and passed the phone to Niall. “You better make a move quick Harreh or I will” Niall chuckled as he passed my phone back to me. “You wouldn’t” I said with a frown. “Mate, look at her, I bet any lad would go for her!” Niall said. I looked down at her, that was true. She could have any other boy in the world. She wouldn’t want me. I wouldn’t be able to let her live her life like a normal teenager. I sighed.
Niall’s P.O.V
I looked at my best friend. I could tell something was up. “But, she would be a damn lucky lass to have you Harry” I said trying to comfort Harry. “Thanks Niall” Harry said giving me a weak smile. I looked at Liam. He could tell the same thing. “So when are we meeting this lovely lady?” Liam said. “I guess I’m going to pick her up in a few minutes, it does look like she’s dressed” Harry grinned. “Okay, well why don’t you get her and the rest of us lads will go get ready” I said nudging Harry. Harry nodded and got up. “See you later!” Harry said as he left through the door. Once he was gone me and the boys started to talk. “We got to make a good impression lads” I said. The rest of the boys nodded in agreement. “This could be the girl Harry spends the rest of his life with” Liam said getting up from the couch. “Isn’t that what Zayn said about the last one?” Louis asked chuckling. “Well, maybe this could be different” I suggested. Louis shrugged. “Only time will tell”. “Well, let’s start cleaning this place up” I sighed and picked up a few things.
Your P.O.V
“Hey, Curly!” I say as I opened the door to see Harry. “Hey beautiful” He said as he swooped in and gave me a kiss on my cheek. Just then Lou came in. “Oh, well I didn’t know that you two have already started dating” Lou says raising her eyebrow. “No!” Harry and I said at the same time, and we looked at each other. “Relax! I was just kidding” Lou exclaimed. “So this must be your Lou” Harry said smirking. “Pleasure to meet you Harry Styles” Lou said extending her hand. Harry bent down, took her and kissed it. “It’s a pleasure to meet you too” Harry replied. Lou let out a VERY girly giggle and blushed. I rolled my eyes and face palmed myself. “Okay, I think we have to go” I said urging Harry out the door. “Oh, (Y/N) let him stay for a while!” Lou protested. I pushed Harry out the door. “Don’t you have another date with Brian?” I giggled. “Bye Lou!” I said as I blew her an air kiss and shut the door behind me. When we were outside, I raised my eyebrow at Harry. “What?” Harry asked innocently. “Nothing” I mumbled. “Yea, I get a lot of reactions like that” Harry said running his hand through his curls, he pointed to the window and waved. I turned around it was Lou waving to Harry. I groaned. “Come on lover boy” I said grabbing Harry and walking to his car.
Harry’s P.O.V
“Ohhh, someone’s jealous!” I teased. “What? No! I’m not jealous!” (Y/N) protested. “Yes, yes you are jealous!” I teased. “Oh, come on! Can we please just get in the car?” (Y/N) pleaded. “Not until you admit it!” I said pinching her cheek. “What? NO!” (Y/N) cried. I chuckled. “All right then” I said whipping out my keys and playing with them as I leaned on my car. (Y/N) groaned. “Fine! I was jealous! Happy? Can we go now?” (Y/N) yelled. “Sorry? What was that? I couldn’t hear you!” I teased. “Harry!” (Y/N) yelled getting annoyed. “Yup, that’s my name don’t wear it out now!” I said laughing. “That’s it!” (Y/N) said getting ready to run after me. I started to run around my car. “Harry Styles you come here right now!” (Y/N) yelled. “Not until you catch me!” I yelled poking my tongue out at her. I was about to run the other way around the car, but (Y/N) fell. “(Y/N)! Are you okay?” I cried running up and kneeling next to her. “My-my ankle Haz-it-gotcha!” (Y/N) grabbed my keys and stood up running back to the car. “That’s unfair!” I yelled smiling. (Y/N) stuck her tongue out at me. I smirked, and walked back towards her.
Louis’s P.O.V
They finally arrived. I saw the girl for the first time, and boy was she something. She was beautiful I had to give her that. She seemed nervous, Harry had his hand on her back, he whispered something to her and she let out a deep breath. “Oh my god, she’s prettier in person” Liam whispered. I looked at her from top to bottom. She was wearing a white less dress with a jean jacket and blue converse. I raised my eyebrow. Any girl that could work a dress with converse is good enough for any of us. I give her a warm smile as they came up to us. “Here she is, (Y/N) this is…well you know who they are” Harry smirked. “Boys, meet (Y/N)!” Harry smiled. “(Y/N)! What a nice name, glad to meet you” Liam said going up and giving (Y/N) a hug. She looked shocked at first, as all the girls would, but then smiled as Liam let go of her. “It’s a honour to finally meet you (Y/N)!” Niall said giving her a hug as well. (Y/N) let out a laugh. “An honour to meet me? Well, it’s been my dream to meet you! All of you!” (Y/N) said. The boys laughed, “Yea, well we get that a lot” I replied, going up to her and giving her a hug. “Thank god you’re here, Harry’s been pestering us to be ‘normal’” I say giving going up to her and giving her a hug. She giggled. “Harry, clearly you know these boys cannot do ‘normal’” I laughed. “You got that right sister!” I said nudging her. Zayn complimented her and gave her a hug too. “So what else has Mr. Styles been saying about me?” (Y/N) asked as she raised her eyebrow and nudged Harry. “Loads, let’s sit down and have a chat shall we?” I say offering her my arm. She smiled, looked at Harry, then slipped her arm through mine. “We shall” (Y/N) said nodding her head. I smiled and led her to the lounge.
