Chapter 13: Harry’s Mystery Girl
Me and the lads were getting on really well. Like really well. We were sitting the studio lounge, laughing our heads off. By the end of the day we practically like close friends. “I didn’t say that!” Harry yelled. I was laughing so hard, so where the other lads. “You actually used ‘come to me’ as a pick up line? Oh my god Harry!” I laughed so hard, my stomach began to hurt. “The girl looked so scared that she was about to call security” Niall sniggered. Louis did a really bad imitation of her and I laughed even harder. I couldn’t believe that I was hanging out with THE One Direction. Harry. Liam. Zayn. Niall. Louis. I couldn’t believe was having this conversation with them. “They’re not tights! They’re JEANS!” Harry protested as Louis ranted on about Harry’s legs. The five us burst into laughter. Louis sighed and wiped his tears from all the laughing. He leaned over to me. “You know what Harreh? I like this girl” Louis says as he put an arm around me pulling me into a side hug. “Yea? Well I liked her first” I heard Harry mumble. He smirked then looked at me, but when I looked up to look at him he turned away. I smiled to myself. “You’re like one of us lads but a girlier version” Niall says nudging me playfully. “Hey, I’m not that girly” I protested as I ruffled Niall’s hair. “I meant that you’re a girl silly!” Niall laughed. “But, I’m happy you guys like me” I says turning to all the boys. “You have no idea how nervous I was!” “You should’ve seen how nervous Harry was!” Zayn said chuckling. Niall, Liam, and Zayn started to imitate Harry, me and Louis laughed along. I looked at Harry who groaned “Thanks for not embarrassing me guys” and face palmed himself. All of us laughed.
Harry’s P.O.V
“Oh cheer up Curly! We’re all just joking around” (Y/N) teased. “Haha..” I replied sarcastically. “Oh come on Harreh, don’t be a sight for sore eyes” Liam said. “Even though he already is” Louis whispered, and they all started to burst into laughter again. I sighed and grabbed the TV remote, I switched it to E!News. “It seems like teen heart throb Harry Styles from the famous Irish-British boyband One Direction might have a secret romance coming on” Immediately everyone in the room became silent and turned to the TV. I increased the volume, my eyes not leaving the screen. “Earlier the couple was seen entering 1D’s recording studio looking cute and cuddly” A few pictures came on the screen of me and (Y/N) going into the studio. “You guys really do look like a couple” Louis whispered. Me and (Y/N) both glared at him in unison. Louis put his hands up like he surrendered. “Even though after his recent break up with Taylor Swift, Harry still manages to find and cope with another relationship. We don’t know who this beautiful girl is, but we do know when they we’re first seen together in LA” Another set of pictures appeared on the screen of me bumping into (Y/N) at the airport. “Harry and his Mystery Girl were first seen together at the Los Angeles airport ‘She was very calm and very pretty when she was with Harry’ our source says. ‘She and Harry were like having a moment, they didn’t stop staring at each other’s faces, you could tell they had chemistry’ another one of our sources say. Okay, looking at the pictures of Harry’s Mystery Girl, she is very beautiful, and she does have some fashion sense!” A picture of (Y/N) popped of. I smiled to myself. She was beautiful. “Not only did they meet in the airport, we were tipped off that the couple was seen on their date in Starbucks yesterday” “You guys are already dating?” Zayn, Liam, Niall and Louis yelled in unison. “No! What?” I said. “SHHHH!” (Y/N) said keeping us quite. “They were sitting down having some coffee, it seems like a very simple first date for Harry Styles don’t you think? ‘They were laughing most of the time, they looked like a happy worry-free couple’ a source says. ‘Yes, they look perfect for each other, I mean just look at them, I call that a match made in heaven’ another source says”. Pictures of me and (Y/N) on our walk came on. “How did they get these pictures?” I ask. I looked at (Y/N) “It was just the two of us, right?” I ask. (Y/N) thought for a moment and gasped. “When we were walking to your car I say something move in the bushes!” (Y/N) gasped. A picture of me chasing (Y/N) came up, smiling and laughing. “You guys are so adorable” Niall awed pointing to the picture. I cocked my eyebrow at him. “Thanks to one of our top photographers, we managed to take a few snaps before the couple could drive away together in Harry’s Audi R8, we’ll take a small break for now but when we come back, who is Harry’s Mystery Girl? How did they meet? We’ll pass the mic over to Jack who’s waiting outside the recording studio right now, these are the things you wouldn’t want to miss out on here on E!News” An advertisement for Colgate came on and all of us stayed silent. I looked at (Y/N) who was leaning back on the sofa with a hand on her forehead. The boys and I gave silent glances at each other. “I’m so sorry Harry” (Y/N) suddenly let out. I was confused. “Wha-What are you talking about (Y/N)?” I ask standing up from my seat. “This is all my fault, this wouldn’t have happened if you didn’t meet me” (Y/N) replied standing up as well. We both walked towards each other. “Don’t be stupid, this doesn’t mean anything to me, what the reporter say aren’t true” I said. The boys were silently looking at each other behind us but I ignored them. (Y/N) looked down. “None of this should have happened” (Y/N) sighed. I looked at her, my hands took hers in mine. She looked up at me. “If none of this happened, I wouldn’t have found the most amazing girl in the world” I say smirking at her. She smiled a bit. I looked her straight in the eye and she looked into mine. There were the tingles down my spine again. “I- I feel normal when I’m around you, like I can be myself, it’s like all my worries drift away, the fame, the fans everything just fades away every single minute I’m with you” I carried on. “But Harry..why-why me though?” (Y/N) asked. I chuckled. A strand of hair fell on her forehead, this time I wasn’t afraid. I knew what this feeling was. The tingles, the weird feeling in my stomach. It was love. I loved her. I tucked the strand behind her ear. “I told you, it’s because you’re different from the other girls I’ve dated” I replied smirking. (Y/N) just looked at me like I was crazy or something. “Taylor” Louis fake coughed. The boys started to laugh. Then I realized that I just said those things in front of the boys. (Y/N) turned to them and began to laugh as well. I sighed and laughed along with them. “Now, if we are all done with the lovey dovey stuff, you two got to get out of here, now” Louis said. “More reporters could come around and it would be difficult to get you two out of here” Liam agreed. Just then Paul burst into the room. “Boys, there’s a huge crowd of paparazzi outside the studio, we need to- who’s this?” Paul asked forgetting what he said as he turned to (Y/N). “Harry’s Mystery Girl” Louis chuckled winking.
