A month & a half later
Mia's POV
We were setting up for Mommy & Pops anniversary party while they were out spending time with each other. Jay was here along with Jaya, Nikki, J Drew and Kierra helping to set up. The rest of the family was on their way. Leah and Jazzlyn was asleep so it made thing easier to things.
Jaya: Where's the tape Mia?.
Mia: Oh the kitchen table.
I said sitting down holding my stomach.
Jaya: It's not in there.
Mia: Someone probably has it-
Jesus that hurts kid.
Jaya: You okay?.
Mia: Yeah can you get me some water or something.
Jaya: Yeah.
She went to the kitchen and got me some water then came back then Ki came in.
Kierra: Mia, do you know where the-
You okay?.
Mia: Yeah Is all the food ready and outside?.
Kierra: Yeah.
Mia: Alright, what were you asking me?.
Kierra: Oh, where is the picture collage of your parents? Nikki needs it.
Mia: Oh, that's in the closet
I'll go get it.
Standing up I held onto my belly and wobbled to the closet getting the collage that was framed for Nikki.
I gave it to the Ki and she took it to Nikki.
Leah: Mommy!.
I heard my twin say as she came up to me rubbing her eyes and laying her head on my leg.
Mia: Hey honey, you finally awake?
Leah: No
She said fussing. I could tell she's still sleepy.
Mia: You want piece of chicken?
I think it's done.
Leah: Yea plwease.
Mia: Alright come on.
I said picking her up.
Jaya went to go check on Jazz in her crib as I carried Leah to where the food was. I put her down half way cause I felt another pain hit my lower abdomen. I felt a hand touch my back.
Mike: You alright?.
Mia: Yeah, just not feeling well.
Mike: Here sit down.
Mia: No, it's okay I got a lot of work to do before Ma-.
Mike: Jah'Mia sit down Now babygirl.
Mia: *mumbles under my breath* you ain't the boss of me.
Looking at Mike and rolling my eyes he pulled a chair out and I sat down.
Mike: I'll finish the work for you just tell me what to do.
Mia: Sure first can you get Leah some Chicken and macaroni.
Mike: Alright you stay right here and rest.
Mia: I'll think about it
Mike: Yeah yeah.
He picked Leah up and went to get her some food. I got a text from Auntie Karen saying Mommy and Pops was on the way and I replied Okay.
15 minutes went by and everyone was finally here Now we were waiting for Mama and pops.
Mia: okay quiet down everybody I just got a text from auntie Karen that they are pulling into the driveway any minute so Mike go stand by the door and opened it for them.
