Adopted by Jaden and Josh

chapter 14: Accident

Josh's pov:

It's about 8 pm and that's usually the time Jaden gets home from work but he isn't home yet. I tried texting and calling him but he didn't answer.

I started worrying because this isn't like Jaden to not answer his calls or texts. I hear someone walk in my room, I look up and see Jackson.

Josh: have you heard from dad at all

Jackson: no that's why I came to get you to see if you've heard from him

Josh: no I tried calling and texting him and he's not answering

Jackson: maybe he has to work late then expected

Josh: he would of at least texted or called

I then hear my phone ringing, I hurry and pick my phone up and answer it.

Josh: hello

??: hi is this Josh Hossler

Josh: yes it is, who is this?

??: I'm calling from la hospital I'm calling about your husband Jaden Hossler

Josh: what about him

??: I'm so sorry to tell you this but he got in a really bad car accident and he's in bad condition

Josh: oh my god do you know if he'll be okay

??: I'm not sure his injuries are really bad so we don't know if he'll make it

Josh: can I come down and see him

??: of course

Josh: okay I'll be there as soon as possible

I then hung up the phone and hurried and grabbed the car keys, my wallet and my phone and a jacket since it was kind of cold outside.

Jackson: what happened

I just ignored him and continued grabbing everything I might need. I was about to walk out the door when Jackson grabbed my arm.

Jackson: what's going on

Josh: I have to get to the hospital

Jackson: why

Josh: dad got in a really bad car accident and they don't know if he'll make it

Jackson: I wanna come with you

Josh: okay then let's go

We hurried out the door and into the car and I quickly drove to the hospital. We got to the hospital and parked the car and we both ran inside.

I went up to the front desk and the lady sitting there looked up at me.

The lady: how can I help you

Josh: I'm here to see jaden hossler

The lady typed some stuff into her computer before looking up at me again.

The lady: he's on the top floor room 14

Josh: thank you, Jackson come on

We ran over to the elevator and went to the top floor and looked for room 14. After a little bit we finally found it. We walked in the room and saw Jaden laying on the bed. I went over and sat next to him next to his hospital bed. I carefully grabbed his hand and squeezed it.

Josh: I don't know if you can hear me but please wake up I need you, Jackson needs you, Matthew needs you, Carter needs you we all need you so if you can just please try your hardest to wake up
