He's replayed the scene over and over again, regretting his decision to push Annalise Jean's way at the party. But he couldn't believe how fast he folded, he was weak and didn't deserve someone like you. Eren didn't know if he deserved you either but he knew that he couldn't cheat on you. Now he knows he'll never get the chance to show you that.

"Annalise.. she texted me and apologized." you say out loud and Eren's eyes meet yours, "I appreciate your.. kind of apology. I'll see you later, ok?" you give a small wave and turn around to walk back into the house.

Eren's fist clench and he lets you walk away, he wanted to say something but he didn't. He pulled out his phone and deleted numerous girls numbers and sighed. He wanted to start fresh and get rid of the guilt that has been buried deep within him.

He would make it right to you no matter what it took.

You had skipped another day of school and finally managed to get out of bed, not bothering with changing out of your comfortable clothes.

Mikasa hands you a water bottle and you two go your separate ways to class. Eren looks up from his phone when Armin mentions your name and sees you listening to music and keeping your head high as most people turned to look at you in pity.

Yeah I caught my boyfriend cheating, so what?

"Jean's such a dick." Armin whispers and gets it books ready.

"Yeah." Eren agrees, "I'll catch you later." he pats the blonde on his back and hurries to you.

You take out headphone when Eren's there, lips moving. "Huh?" you say.
