➸ "FINALLY! WE'RE DONE FOR THE YEAR!" —

you cheer when walking through the college doors with Sasha and Mikasa, "I need to go to Levi's to get that cute bikini, wanna come with?" you ask the girls.

"Connie and I have to start cooking for the party. Well he's cooking and I'll be taste testing!" she laughs and waves before running to Connie who was waiting for her.

"Would love to but Armin is waiting for me to go to his parents." Mikasa kisses your cheek, "We'll see you later tonight though." she promises and you try to hide the fact that you were relieved that they declined.

"Too bad." you say while walking away, "See ya!" you start to run faster to your car.

"Don't trip!" Mikasa calls out when you step off the curb, almost breaking your ankle.

"I'm fine!"

You were not fine.

You sat on the toilet and couldn't stop your knee from shaking as you waited for the timer to go off. Your heart drops when your phone alerts you suddenly and you stop it while looking at the pregnancy tests.

With a shaky hand you read them as your waterline got really watery. You didn't know what you wanted. The thought of having a child was scary. You barley had started to take care of yourself.

But when you stare at the tests more you only see one line, all three that you took had one line. I'm not pregnant.

Since missing your period you thought the chances of being pregnant was really high. You never mentioned it to Eren since it could've been a false alarm like this. Relieved was the only thing you felt right now, you were relived that you wouldn't have to be telling Eren that he would be father so soon. Eren also did give you the idea that he wouldn't want kids anytime soon.

He really did want to be a director and has been working on something since the beginning of the school year. You would ask about it but he reassured that whenever he's done with it, he'll come find you.

"y/n?" Mikasa's voice enters your ear. You were too in your own thoughts thinking about Eren and you almost child. "Actually can I borrow that sage green one. Y'know the one that makes my ass look — " she opens the restroom door and pauses when seeing you toss something in the restroom quickly. "What's that?"

"E-eren's condom! I was throwing it away." you say without thinking.

"Ew and you kept it for how long?" she gags and walks out with you behind her. "Let's change the subject before I throw up. Swimsuit?" she questions.

"Ooh right." you nod and walk into your closet to look through your container full of bikinis. "I think you still have it." you call back and hear her scream which scares you. Mikasa stands in the doorway with the pregnancy tests, "Holy —"

"You thought you were pregnant?!" she questions, "Why?! For how long?"

"Because I missed my period and I don't know.. last week?"

"Holy shit.." she breathes and throws them into the trash can again, "What did Eren say? Why the fuck isn't he here? I'll kill him —"

"Mikasa!" you cut her off gently and laugh although she was very serious so you should've been scared. "He didn't know about me missing my period. I didn't tell him because it couldn't just been an irregular period.. which it was." you say calmly. For a split second you thought you were pregnant. You didn't think you would be a good mother.

Mikasa hugs you tightly and sits down on the floor with you, "I mean.. we should be celebrating but you look kinda sad... were you wanting to get pregnant?"

"No of course not. It's way too soon." you sigh, "But if I was.. I don't really know if Eren would be happy or not. I guess because I want a future with him I'm scared that when it comes to having a child years down the line, he won't want it."

She thinks about her childhood friend, thinking of all the stupid shit he's done. Having him come over to vent about a girl he thought he was in love with. Mikasa was there for his highs and lows as he was there for her but she's never seem him like this, absolutely love-struck.

"I think that he'll be so fucking happy." she whispers, "Don't tell him I told you this but... he did say that when he does have a kid with the love of his life... he would die happy and peacefully."

Hours later you end up at Connie's house, having deja vu of the night when you and Jean broke up.

When you walk in with Mikasa Eren was walking outside with two red solo cups in hand. He stops when seeing you and walks up with a small grin, "Here this is for you boyfriend." he says to Mikasa who takes the cups and walks outside.

You look at Eren and breathe deeply when he pulls you into a hug.

"Hey baby." he whispers near your ear. The music in Connies was loud and lively.

"Hey Eren. How were your finals?" you ask while he leads you into the kitchen. You two were the only ones in there and the music was now muffled so you could actually hear your boyfriend.

"Good but I don't want to talk about that." he kisses you sweetly, "But I do want to know how yours went." he says which causes you to laugh. Eren smelt like a joint and you couldn't help but be jealous.

"Good." you say as well, "I think we should celebrate. Another year down, one more to go."

As if he read your mind a blunt behind his ear was placed between his lips, "You wanna celebrate alone or with everyone else?"

You hadn't seen much of Eren since studying and you really just wanted him. No distractions.

"Alone."
