"Umm... Mama?" I said catching her attention, so she stopped eating and looked at me

"Yes Niel?" She said sweetly, so sweet that it was suspicious...

"Why is the food so different today?" I asked

"Oh! You noticed? I felt bad eating all of these by myself especially when they are so delicious, so I decided to make the chef make extra for everyone!" She said happily, as she was about to put some of the... Food she had on my plate, I hurriedly stopped her

"W-wait! Mama I can't eat this much!"

'There's no way am I gonna eat all of that, heck there are even things I don't recognize here...'

"Oh... But maybe you can eat some? These one taste better than the other ones I ordered, these foods are recommended to me by my friends when they were pregnant as well, You too Claude"

"O-okay" i said as I started getting some of the more decent ones, While Claude had to eat some of everything...

I had honeyed roasted potato, which made the potato kinda sweet but it was okay, Some kind of a Lemon and herb toast, which was probably the most normal food she got it's just that she used many kinds of magical herbs instead of normal herbs...

Anyways I also had a Beef Stew which had been made from minotaurs from a allied Kingdom far away which was probably a waste, but still it tasted quite good, While Claude over there...

He's enjoying quite a variety of foods, three-eyed Salmon with apparently tastes like chicken or something like that, Fried frogs stuffed with all kinds of veggies, etc

Thankfully he had a some more paperwork he had to do, so he was excused to go do it

'Hmmm I wonder when I'm gonna meet Mr White... Doesn't he visit the castle sometimes? It's Strange that I haven't seen him yet' I was snapped out of my thoughts when I heard someone called my name

"There's gonna be a party later, and we'll have to attend so I'm gonna need you to change into the clothes here, you just need to stay on your seat after that you can do whatever you want" She said as she grabbed a box from a maid and gave it to me, I opened it to see a very fancy set of clothes

Well fancier than what I'm wearing right now cause I'm just wearing a very simple dress shirt with pants, and some gold accessories here and there nothing too fancy

'But still why do I have to go?? Can't I just stay here?? I don't want to be near Nobles that will just keep speaking praises and shit to be on my good side'
