"I'll be right back"

I skipped over to the landline and answered the phone

"Talk to me"
Bobby: "Wassup Babygirl"
"Oh my god....Bobby? Is that you?"
Bobby: "No diggity"

"Oh my goodness I've missed you so much!"
Bobby: "Aye Babygirl, I got a surprise for you"
"Really? What is it? You didn't get a girl pregnant did you?"

He chuckled
Bobby: "Nah, I'm moving down there in Cali"
"Awwe, really? That's so exciting"

I'm not gonna lie I was smiling harder than ever
Bobby: "Babygirl I'll meet you at McDonald's tomorrow and 2PM Ight?"
"Okay see you there"

I hung up the phone and and skipped over to the couch and sat criss cross

Tupac: "Who was that?"
He asked with a mouth full of gushers
"It was my childhood friend Bobby"

We spent 4 hours talking and getting to know each other. He was a nice, intelligent, creative and talented person.

He looked at his watch to see it was 8:59

Tupac: "I gotta head home, dinner is at 9:15, I'll see around the way or at school"
"Word"

We did the gangsta handshake and he packed all his things then left.

I went upstairs to my room, went in my drawer got a 20 dollar bill, grabbed my purse, walked back downstairs and walked out the house then started walking to the corner store.

I walked in and went to the back to get a drink.

Stanley: "Wassup Babygirl!"
"Hey Stanley, how are you?"

I walked to the sub area
"Can I get a club sub please?"
Stanley: "Ain't Nothin going on but shooting, stealing, fighting stuff like that."

I walked up to the counter and put the sub, drink and ran to the chip isle and got some potato chips than ran back to the counter.

Stanley: "Is this it?"
"Yeah"

He scanned the items and started to put them in a plastic bag.

Stanley: "You know what, this ones on me"
"Really? You sure?"
Stanley: "No doubt"
"Thanks man"

I took the bag and winked at him
"Have a good rest of the day Stan"

I left the store and walked back home to see my parents cars parked outside. I walked in and closed the door.

"I'm home!"
No response. I walked to their bedroom to see them cuddling each other and sleeping peacefully. I smiled at them then I walked up to my room.

I turned on my tv and turned on the news as I started to eat my sub sandwich I got from the corner store.

News reporter: "Yesterday evening a teenager by the name Nikki Johna was found dead in the woods, stabbed gutted out and chainsawed to death"

I stopped eating and sat up
"Oh my damn.."
News reporter: "Witnesses say that the killer was was wearing a face mask and  costume at the moment"

I called Tupac on the landline that was on my night stand

"Did you hear the news?"
Tupac: "Hell yeah, there's a serial killer on the loose"
"Lock your doors, your windows, call you family members and keep a knife by your side"

Tupac: "Babygirl you ain't gotta tell me that, it's already done"
"All right stay safe I'll tell my friends what's going on"
Tupac: "Ight stay safe also"

I told all my friends what was going on and what do do they all understood without questions. I looked at the clock and it was 10:05. Day-Day should be here any second.

I walked downstairs and waited on him to walk through the door

Day-Day: "Hey Babygirl"
He walked through the door happy

"Day-Day what the hell is wrong with you?"
He walked over to the refrigerator and got a iced tea

Day-Day: "What do you mean?"
"There's a got damn killer on the loose and your staying out later than usual!"

Day-Day: "Chill, Chill alright? It's okay I'm here now"
He walked over to me and gave me a hug I started crying because I don't want anything to happen to him

Day-Day: "Shh, shh, shh it's okay"
"Please don't ever scare me like that again"
Day-Day: "I promise"

"I'm gonna go upstairs and go to bed see you tomorrow, love you"
Day-Day: "Love you too"

I ran upstairs to my room, changed into my pajamas
and called it a night.
