Chapter 3 - That Note

*In Randys car*

Silence. The only sounds heard were the engine. The radio that was on low but just turned up enough to just hear, not that either were interested really. Dean was pissed, still tired and Randy just didn't know what to say. This seemed to happen quite often but he never really knew what to say. Dean could be a pretty scary guy sometimes. Randy was warned to not wake him. What else could he do? Try to carry him to the car? That would wake him up aswell. He had no choice, he just had to deal with Dean's mood for a while. He'll get over it... eventually.

"I'm sorry Dean."

"You say that everytime."

"I do mean it."

"Do why keep doing it?"

"Unless you wanted to get locked in the arena all the time then I'll have to wake you."

"Yeah yeah."

"At least Sami and Adrian can act better than you."

"What are you on about viper?"

"You aren't angry with me."

"Yes I am."

"Dean, I have a brain too you know. I remember things too."

"Good for you Orton. I still have no idea what your talking about." Dean said looking away from him with a huge grin on his face.

"Whatever. I'll carry on pretending that I think your angry then. I've got something to make you smile."

"What's that oh wise one?"

"It's been a year. Sami and Adrian have been free from Corey for a year. A whole year." A smile did cross Deans face.

"A year already? Shit time flies."

"It does. Hope he's getting the shit beaten out of him in prison. It's the least he deserves. Fucking asshole."

"Damn, cold. I like it. I hope he they kick his ass everyday for the rest of his sad life."

"Yeah, I hope he's regretting it all. Was doing what he did really worth spending the rest of his life in prison?"

"Was it worth wasting your life for?"

"Just because he was jealous. Jealous because Sami went a step further than he did. He's pathetic. I'm just glad everythings ok. It all ended with Sami still with us. I couldn't imagine him not being here. Adrian, think how he would taken it. I don't think he'd be here. Those two are tight."

"They are. We all are. Us four, we're a little family."

"Dean, are you getting sentimental on me?"

"Shut up. I care dude. I'm glad they'll never have to deal with him again. Never see his face again."

"I know man. I do too. Call Sami, see if they want to stop off at home before we get to Cincy. It's on the way so we can easily stop off there for a few hours."

"Ok."

*With Sami and Adrian*

"I wonder how Randys getting on with Dean? You think Dean's still playing him?"

"Probably. Poor Randy." Sami said with a smile. "Well, he did decide to wake Dean."

"Because we did refuse Sami."

"True. I wasn't gonna be on the bad side of Dean. You do know what he can do with a fork?"

"Oh yeah, I heard those stories."
