Third-person POV
It's been two months. The girl who was under arrest, Shin Ryujin, was now locked up in jail because of domestic violence activities. Other than that, she had been found out that she's been using a huge amount of illegal drugs and selling them, which leads her to be sentenced to life imprisonment.

Besides that, Chaeryeong's parents had been reported for abusing child, they were locked up in jail, too.

On the other side, Yeji has fully recovered from her injuries a month ago. Chaeryeong and her decided to move out, they went to Jeju Island and bought a house to live together.

Although Yeji still had a lot of money she got from the old man, they weren't living in any kind of those big mansions. Just a modern double story house, with a nice ocean view they could admire at the balcony.

And as they dreamed, Chaeryeong opened a coffee shop. Yeji, who dreamed of being a performer, is now working in her girlfriend's cafe, singing songs lively for the customers to enjoy.

Yeji's POV
"Baby," I called Chaeryeong as I hugged her from behind. She's brewing coffees for the customers.

"Are you taking a break now?" she asked.

"Mm, Hwang Yeji has no more energy left. She needs to charge up." I said in a playful tone and giggled. She chuckled softly.

"Can you please help me to serve them the coffee?"

"You know I don't do things for nothing," I said, waiting to see what will she give me.

"Ah Yeddeong, please?" she kissed me on the cheek.

"Isn't that too less?" I teased. Chaeryeong rolled her eyes on me playfully and leaned in again, giving me two more pecks of kisses. One on the other side of my cheek, and another one on my lips.

"Hmm... satisfied." I giggled and helped her to serve the drinks. After serving them, I went back to singing.

Hours of working later, it's 5.45 pm. Our shop is about to close. There are no more customers left, we're just in the shop to do some cleaning. After I washed the dishes, I walked out of the kitchen, just to see Chaeryeong cleaning the floor.

"Baby, you can rest now," I said as I grabbed the mop from her hand and signalled her to sit down and wait for me to finish the cleaning.

"Ah, finally!" I stretched out my arms. I waited for Chaeryeong to close the shop.

"Babe, let's go home now." she smiled and extended her hands to me, I gladly held onto her hand and intertwined our fingers together.

Walking along the street, we chatted all along the way to our home. We took a nice shower and enjoyed our dinner. After that, we spent some time in the living room watching some movie series.

Since it's getting late, I went upstairs while Chaeryeong went to cut some fruits for us. I walked into our bedroom and went to the balcony. The sky looks amazing.

The blanket of stars that stretched to infinity, the pale crescent moon that shone like a silvery claw in the night sky. The sounds of waves splashing, it was calm. The refreshing cool breeze that's welcoming me, it's enjoyable.

"What are you looking at, Yeddeong?" Chaeryeong asked softly, her right hand placed on my back, patting me lightly.

"Just looking at the view." I smiled. I removed her hand on my back and pull her in front of me. Wrapping my hands around her waist, I rested my chin on her shoulder.

We admired the view together in silence. She fed me and herself some grapes from the plate that she's holding.

"Thank you, Yeddeong-ah." Chaeryeong broke the silence.

"Hm?" I got a little confused.

"Thank you, for loving me." she chuckled softly.

"Thank you for healing me," I replied, snuggling even closer to her, burying my face into the crook of her neck.

We've been dating for two months now, and everything seems to be stable for us. Our relationship was awesome. We fought over small things, sometimes arguing when our opinions weren't the same, but we end up laughing at each other for being silly.

I've always tried my best to give her the love she needed, the attention and everything since I know her past. Her? She cares about me, a lot. Sometimes she nags about me over things that I'm careless of. You know, it's like we're perfectly fitted for each other.

Chaeryeong is the one who brightens up my life. I used to live a hopeless life, a very dark life with no emotions left in my heart. If I'm told to describe, Chaeryeong is like my sun who warms me up. Then I'm her moon, protecting her in the night.

"I love you, Yeddeong," Chaeryeong uttered.

"I love you more," I replied.

"I love you most."

"Impossible," I said which she giggled.

"Tomorrow is Sunday, let's go for a date, hm?" I asked.

"Where to?" she looked at me over her shoulder.

"Hmm... To the beach?" I suggested, pointing at the ocean.

"Sure! It's been a little long since we surfed together..." she pouted.

"We can do anything you want tomorrow." I kissed her forehead as I turn her around to face me. The fruits were finished, so I took the plate from her hand and placed it on the round coffee table beside us.

"You're so beautiful." I complimented. My hands were placed on the balustrade, locking on both sides of her so she couldn't walk away.

"I love you," Chaeryeong whispered since our faces are very close.

"I love you too," I whispered back, brushing the tip of my nose on hers as I looked into her eyes deeply.

My gaze shifted down to look at her lips. Her soft and plumped lips are always so inviting. She wraps her arms around my nape and pulled me in, our lips connected.

One of our memories flashed through my mind. The day when we kissed under the moonlight on the rooftop.

My hands snaked around her waist and I closed the distance between us.

We finally pulled away from the kiss when we needed air, giggling together when our eyes met. I kissed her forehead softly, and then another soft peck on her lips again.

Looking at her face, I observed every detail of her facial features. I've never thought that I would meet someone like her in my life. She's like an angel.

"Let's go through every stage of life together. With you, and me." I uttered, a warm smile plastered on my face. She smiled and closed the gap between us, our lips moved in sync again, kissing lovingly, expressing the love we had for each other.

It would be fun to have her in my life. I'm willing to go through every chapter of my life with her.

With Us.
